I have been looking at maybe purchasing the Echo (I see cropduster901.com) has them (but currently out of stock) but it looks like I can just purchase the Mega Cartomizers (from TotallyWicked) for my EGO that I currently use. Am I missing something? The Echo-E cartridges look the same as the Mega EGO Cartomizers that are also available. I'm not referring to the regular Echo carts that fit the 901/808 connection but the cart that is called the Echo-E and fits the EGO 501 connection. Any input on this would be much appreciated. It seems people that have been raving about the Go-Go are now really liking the Echo and I am interested as well. People seem to really like using an automatic battery like when these things first came out. I have seen some comments that state that the Echo is the closest thing they have used that replicates a "real" cigarette. I currently use the EGO with LR carts and regular atomizers and am pretty satisfied but am always looking and thinking "is there more" out there that is even better. Thanks and happy vaping!!!
The Ego Mega Cartos claim to hold 2.5ml and I used them for about a month but as most vendors are now stating with them, don't put more than 1.8ml on the first fill-up. The kicker that would push the Echo-E over the top is that unlike the Ego Mega which requires (yes requires) a syringe to fill, the Echo-E is just like the other Echo's as to filling.
Remove the soft top and drip down the sides or your "normal" method for filling a carto. The Echo cartos also appear built for the long haul with the superior bottom coil placement. The absolute best I ever got from an Ego Mega carto was 4 days and toss it. With it taking a syringe and removal of 2 tiny plastic pieces to fill, you can imagine how nigh impossible cleaning an Ego Mega would be.
All reports seem to say that the Echo-E rivals or equals the GO-GO as to flavor, vapor, etc. I can tell you from personal experience the difference between a GO-GO carto and a Ego Mega aren't even on the same planet as to
all aspects. Check some of the guides and I think you'll find it money well spent to try the Echo-E cartos. I certainly am.
