I have to post this because this is the fastest shipping response I have ever received. I went on the cropduster's site and ordered 2 of the echo-e cartos (the webpage said there was only 2 left) so I put my order in and paid through Paypal. I received my payment email from Paypal at 1:54pm and at 2:02pm I received another email from Paypal saying "your package is on its way". Nice....

I just looked it up. an automatic eGo style with a 3ml carto.Interesting:2cool:

What Ω is the carto? do they make LR cartos? is there filler in it?

I haven't measured the ohms on mine but Jp said one was 2.9 and the other 3.1 so I would say 3 ohm. Yes they have filler that really wicks good and there haven't been any burning problems, they don't leak at all either.

At $5 a pop I am really hoping these things do last at least a few weeks or more.

I'm sure you will get months instead of days or weeks. There is a great cleaning method that they are using to clean the Go-carts and you can clean these the same way if you choose too. I bought me an ultrasonic cleaner to clean mine when I decide to clean any. Being as they have a bottom coil you can remove the filler clean it, dry burn the coil, re-insert the filler and it is good as new. It all depends on the type of juice you use to how often you need to clean them. I use mostly menthol and I seldom have to clean any. I've only set a couple of Go-Cartos aside for cleaning someday, in over two months of use and these are supposed to last even longer. If you use dark juices and heavy VG you will naturally need to clean more often. Just running real hot water through them will be sufficient if you don't have any buildup of gunk on the coils.

I just metered 4 of my Echo cartos and they metered in between 2.7-2.9

The mailman just came and brought me my 2nd Echo. This time I got a Chrome 1300 from johnnybass and boy is it a pretty one. I guess I'm going to have to redo my avatar and get a new picture of this little jewell!

I got a chrome 1300 from him too. Hoping its waiting for me when I get home from work :)

Edit: new Echo combined with new cherry waffle juice = flirtation with nic OD

Hey, I just started vaping with Echo today n wanted to say thank you for all those give out reviews on this. I was very pleased with this product, n that's important as this is my 1st vapor n didn't want to think e-cigs aren't much.

Just quick question, how do i know when to refill?
My liquid was brown, so does that color go away from carts after while? or do i taste the difference?

Grats on your Echo! You will notice a flavor & vapor reduction when your liquid need to be refilled. Unless you are vaping heavy, I would just get in the habit of refilling every night.

Thank you for quick response. I was vaping in fear but couldn't let go.

Now that i have no desire to look for other e-cigs, I'm just gonna get drip tip + atty and concentrate on finding my favorite flavor liquid. This is very simple and beginner friendly unit as well.

You will need to be careful using an atty if you have the automatic battery. You don't want to leak any juice through into the battery. That is one thing negative about having an auto as your only device especially for testing juices. It should be fine though if your careful and just use the atty for testing and remove it when you are through.

Nice thread TX. Echo looks like a great product. All the horizontal coil systems seem to be far out front in the e-cig world right now. IGo, Echo, Gogo all are cutting edge and deliver on flavor, vapor and TH, all with no muss, no fuss. Each has it's own niche in the vaping community but it all boils down to personal preference and minor details. In the long haul, they all deliver. I got a couple echo-e cartos that I'm dying to try as soon as this boge lr dies on me. But The dam thing is like the energizer bunny though, it just keeps going and going and going. I got a KGO 1100 that is just chomping at the bit for one of those echo-e cartos. Looks like I'll have to wait at least 3 or 4 months before It will lose it's kick before I can play mad scientist and take it apart though.

when the flavor starts getting slightly muted, then i know i have about an hour (maybe just a bit more) left to vape before my carto is dry. one nice thing about these cartos is that they DONT GIVE BURNT TASTE! i love that...the flavor just diminishes slightly and you will notice when your carto is getting dry. another reason why you will know when its getting dry is this: the last 1000 puffs have all been the same. same vapor, same flavor, same TH....the same feel from the first puff to the 1000th puff....so even before you inhale, you know what to expect....but then puff #1002 comes around, you say HEY!!!....little less flavor? boom, time to refill. i really love this unit, wish it would have been there when i started...wudda save me oh..700$ lol

Hello Vapers!

I received my Chrome Echo with 2 blank "echomizers" and the 1300mAh batteries on the 19th. The box is the most attractive of any e-cigarette packaging I've ever seen with the gold leaf and magic magnetic flap!

I don't know how they make the 1300mAh only 3/16ths of an inch longer than my mega cylinder eGo 900mAh (which I've been using for 6 months). I charged the batteries and tried dripping into the echomizer. After 12 or 13 drops of Chocolate (my fav), I realized using my syringe would be much quicker and more accurate because you don't want to get any e-juice in the atomizer opening in the center. I filled the syringe to 3ml stuck it along the side of the echomizer to the bottom and squeezed. Bingo! In about 2 seconds it was full and no muss or waiting for the filter to absorb it (it's somewhat compressed to start with).

Note: I would suggest removing the echomizer from the battery when filling and wiping the bottom (battery contact area of the echomizer) to avoid any possibility of fouling the battery.

I then screwed on the battery and began to vape at 4:30PM. Wow! Lots of vapor, but for some reason it didn't seem as though I was drawing hard enough to produce so much. This unit has an excellent light draw! Every hit was consistently the same (unlike my eGo) and more importantly it felt much cooler than my eGo which impressed me. Also the flavor was much richer, great throat hit and after a few hours it seemed the small 11mg nicotine was 16mg! Go figure!

I vape constantly (when conscious) so I continued getting consistent hits until 11PM that evening. I woke up at 5AM (I'm a morning person) and immediately began vaping. Every hit had excellent TH and cool, easy drawing with always consistent (and plentiful, flavorful vapor). around 5PM that evening I began to wonder when my Echo was going to stop. At 8PM the vapor pretty much stopped (with absolutely no burnt taste) and five minutes later the battery began flashing. I suddenly realized I had been vaping consistently (minus the 6 hour sleep) for 21.5 hours! Great Godfrey!

A few comments: If you have been using a manual e-cig for a period of time before getting your Echo, you will find yourself rotating your e-cig to find a button that is not there (much like an amputee still "feeling" their missing appendage). Also, the automatic battery works smoothly and effectively after holding it up to a blasting stereo, whacking the unit in my palm, etc. No cutoff as long as you are drawing. The Echo has the automatic technology down!

All in all, I can't think of a better personal vaporizer on the planet. You'll never be sorry investing in an Echo.

Echo (ek’ỡ) n., [< Gr. ẽchỡ]
1. an innovation in e-cigarettes. 2. massive vapor production.
3. cool, flavorful vaping. 4. a 24 hour consistent, hassle-free
performance. 5. smooth drawing as well. 6. best value for the
money.
