I know. There's nothing illegal, illicit, or immoral about e-cigs. Yet I can buy junk from ebay that is all three and pay through Paypal...

How So? In what way are they defective? Did you fill every one of them and try each one out? I'd like to know more about an entire batch being defective.

Me too... yes, I tried them all out. I am going to let them soak for a while, see if that helps. They are all three filled. They just don't activate. Like I said... it HAS to be operator error.

It's not just papal. I have heard vendors say many cc processors will not do ecigs either. The larger vendors may be paying a premium.

What are you using them with? Do you just have the cartos or do you have an echo 650 or 1300 kit?

1300 kit. The other one I am using a echo-e on a modern vapor LUX. 510 thread.

I would find it hard to believe all are bad in the Echo e & Reg Echo, how did you fill them and what are you running them on

This sounds ridiculous, but the more I think about it I guess it makes sense. Since these aren't approved by the FDA. Either way, I still have no love for paypal.
