I used mine with my VV eGo PT today... it worked well on the 3.7 setting, but 4.2v was a bit much for it and it didn't take much for me to get dry hits out of it.

Sounds about what I'd expect from the EB. It works best with just about everything I've tried at 50% boost, or whatever voltage that equates to. Cartos can take a bit more and taste ok, but my tank system just burns up at anything more than 50%.

Just ordered 2 eGo-W Atomizer Assemblies since I have plenty of eGo stuff already and I am really excited about this product!

I should have double checked before ordering... but can anyone confirm that it comes with everything pictured? The description states "replacement “Eliq” cart for the eGo W electronic cigarette...Includes the (pocket) Pen cap". Since it appears there are quite a few parts, I just would like to confirm it comes with the whistle tip mouthpiece, etc also?

TIA

Did I mention I am really excited about this product!?

Correct all. The first batch I had, no pen clips. (sorry StotheK).
The last batch WITH pen clip.
StotheK, you've ordered from me a couple of times, if/when you order again, email me and I can send the pen clip. (note that I only have 1 pen clip to spare)

Sounds good... I actually have to hit you up about the last order, I think one of the batteries is a goner, but I won't know for sure until I can swipe a multimeter from work on Monday.

Just got my eGo-W Atomizer Assemblies in the mail from Rick's. Should have ordered a needle to fill it. Stole one of my wife's clean edible ink needles, I maybe in trouble for this.

Using the eGo-W on my old Riva 510 battery right now. I'd say it holds 2ml. Using 100% VG. After an hour of chain vaping I am very pleased with the hit and the warmth of the vapor. Now to see how long these things last me, since I go thought eGo-Ts in about 10 days.

I like lights and stuff. I have OG Disco Lights and flashing boomboxes and then some, so I am the last person to complain about LEDs, but I think the one in the eGo-W is a little bright. I still think it's cool, but I prefer to stealth vape in public to avoid mean people.

Anyone know what other kind of tips would fit?

Received my 2 atty assemblies on Wednesday thanks to Rick's quick shipping. Unfortunately, I can get 1-2 good hits off of it then I get nothing but dry (burnt tasting) hits. I'll tilt the unit, give it a moment, give it a few primer puffs, but I'm lucky to get another good hit off of it. A couple times I left unit laying on its side overnight or for several hours, only to get an awful dry hit when I first use it. That seems completely abnormal. I did not overfill either units, one I only filled half way. I tried different juices, replacing the juice in one to see if would make a difference. I am at a loss with these it seems. I am fairly certain this isn't due to some rookie mistake I'm making since I'm successfully and pretty much exclusively using CE2 clearos these days and these are not exactly user friendly and can take some work and experience to get right. I'm open to any suggestions but I'm not optimistic based on what I've experienced.

I've noticed that the inner gasket right above the heating coil can be seated oddly sometimes. It's hard to move because it's in there so well, but you could potentially try moving that up a touch to see if it might be pinching the wicks.

Indeed. I tried that as that is an essential part of working with CE2s, but I could not adjust it. The silicone is almost welded in there and to make matters worse, it is softer so using the same tools I use for CE2s I introduced a tear in one of the gaskets trying to adjust it. The tear sealed itself, so not a problem if it wicked fine, but it doesn't appear to wick fine and I could not adjust it.

Bottom line, I found it to be not as user serviceable as the CE2, which aside from the performance of the CE2, was what I was also hoping for with these. Another problem I found was both clear tubes, fresh out the package already had numerous small lengthwise cracks all along the base, an early indicator of future cracking as with the stock CE2 tubes (hence the required 3ml syringe mod for those). Without a viable option for tube replacement, these do not appear long term by any means. It is too bad because I still really like everything else about it. Really nice construction otherwise, and I especially liked the interior LED with these. Nice touch. If the wicking issue, tube material, and user serviceability were improved in subsequent revisions, I'd still be interested in these.

Well after a few more days of heavy vaping I am starting to get some bad hits after leaving the cig on it's side. On the plus side no leaks so far.

Well it appears that one of the eGo-Ws have fried two of my batteries. I had assumed the first one had just ran out of power, but that was not the case.
Wow, that is the first I have heard of that. Seems quit unusual.
Was this a kit you bought from me or just the atties? (I can warranty the kit (only)

One of mine had the atomizer die.. the other is not vaping well at all.
I guess the atomizers dont work well...

I can send you guys a replacement atomizer?

Hit me up with an email: rick [at] vaporalley.com

Took another stab at it and I was able to remove the silicone seal using a different tool. This first time was tough cause it was dry. Once out and the sides juiced up it went in easy and it should go in and out easier for future adjustment/cleaning.

Here's what I did. To CE2 fans, this is nothing new, but to others this might be helpful. Using a razor blade, I expanded the slits in the silicone seal as pictured to allow it to wick easier, and seated it up a tad higher, too. As adjusted, it wicks like a beast now and produces enormous back-to-back clouds of vapor. No more burnt hits, which is actually very common to non-adjusted CE2s. Thank goodness. Have had it laying on its side and no gurgling/flooding, which I can get with adjusted CE2s from time to time. As it is functioning now, it is by far the best tank atty I have experienced consider looks and quality feel.
