You can get this today with a little searching and maybe a trip to the spa.

If you found a VV Grand (discontinued, needs to be sourced from elsewhere such as the classies or maybe the trade thread in here) and sent it to Rob, he could convert it to a mech, and due to the body size of the VVG it would fit a 18650 and a kick. Of course, if you found a VVG in good working condition you'd have the regulation you want right there, so no need for the spa trip.
