Yeah, this can be a bit condescending, but it's questions we've all asked or used it as a search term of some sort...I've asked some really newbie questions in the MBV livechat because I was too embarrassed to ask them here and I wanted a direct answer and not 40 threads with 900 different answers. But the list of questions really shows how each level of vaping brings on more questions...and we keep reaching new levels of being a newbie all over again. I just started some DIY and am feeling rather lost-ish.

They are from me. If a person hasn't done enough research to figure out if they want one or not, they probably shouldn't get one.

You do not need a ProVari if:

• ...you've never vaped before and started the thread looking for advice on buying a cig-a-like
• ...you're willing to go (quite a bit) beyond your budget because people have posted they regret not buying a ProVari in the beginning (I don't want one of those twist/spin things. I don't care about ohms or whatever they are, I just want to vape. I want a ProVari because everyone says it's the best and I don't want to waste money)

So here are my questions.. is there an RBA that turns into a tank? (I drip and like it so i fill an attached tank?)

Does an RBA even come with a stock wick?

Is the sigelei #24 unsafe because of some button issue?

One first thought, I'd advise you to read as much as you can. You might find info you didn't even know you were looking for or needed.
I haven't started one thread on here(or anywhere else related to vaping) yet I was able to post all that info earlier. Do I need it all? Probably not. Will it hurt me to know it? Probably not as well.
Plus you're really informing yourself about so many ways that can keep you off analogs and potentially live a healthier lifestyle. Helping others once you know isn't bad either ;-)

To answer your q's now.
I think you mean an RDA(rebuildable dripping atomizer) that turns into an RBA (rebuildable atomizer).
Answer: yes
Example: the AGI

Do they normally come with wicks? Most do not. That's not saying that none don't tho. My first ever rba had ss mesh wick and coil attached but it was terrible and had to be redone.

I have no knowledge on the sigelei. Maybe someone else will answer or make that your homework...lol

No problem.
Learning is how we all got to where we are, and it seems like it never ends.
What works for one user may not work for you and vice versa.
Only way to find out for sure is to try it for yourself. And if you acquire something and you don't need it anymore you can always post it on the classified section for sale or even trade for something else you want to try.
