Today is my two year anniversary. No cigs since May the Fourth be with you, 2012. What started as a "Hey, this is something I can use when I'm not allowed to smoke" experiment quickly turned into, "Who needs to smoke when I can do this much more enjoyable thing?" I've done a lot in the last two years like lose family members, move to a new home after 25 years, and plan two daughters' weddings, but the one thing I haven't done is light up a cigarette. I haven't even been tempted.
I'd like to thank ECF and its members because without you, I would have been lost in a world of jargon and equipment that I didn't understand. You've explained things to me, supported me during rough patches like when my luggage with my vape equipment was lost and I was down to my last few drops of liquid, made me laugh, made me cry by touching my heart, and given me strength and friendship. This community is priceless.
If there are any smokers out there reading this and still unsure if you want to give vaping a try, just go for it. It might work for you the way it worked for me or it might not, but you'll never know if you don't at least give it a fair try. Who knows, the force might be with you, too.
