The pity, to me, is that ASH should be our ally.

and (currently) in the UK, although not our ally exactly, they are not our enemy either.

They have expressed some interest in e-cigs, but won't recommend them per se.... still giving the line "recommend approved NRT products" (understandably) - but they qualify it by saying that it is because of the lack of full and complete studies, and have also commented to the effect that, notwithstanding the lack of studies, they would appear to be much better than cigarettes.....

So, in short, ASH (UK) would appear to be a very different animal to ASH (US)

I didn't doubt ASH were the ones to call and tell PayPal that they should stop allowing folks to sell E-cigs.

I don't know if anyone noticed, but that article was written by Banzhaf himself.

Nearly everything about that guy and that org is written by him. Quite self serving. You really gotta think you're a gift to the world to be so self-important.

I think I'll litter the web with all the great things I think I did and make sure that everyone know how great I think I am and that they should think so too!

That's because, in the UK, your version of ASH is not run by a fanatical ...... like Banzhaf, a self-severing baffoon of a lawyer who puts his own self importents and his money flow over logic and reason.

I know I won't be shedding any tears the day I read his obituary. This nation would be way better off without him.
