I have 4 left from a 5 pack I purchased when they first became available. Last time I buy a 1st run of anything. Wasted almost $50 thinking these would be at least up to par with the CE2's.

Did anyone get a reply from Bruce? I PM'ed Bruce more than a week ago inquiring what do I need to do. I am not sure what he means by "I got your back on these Giantomizers". Is he talking about refunds, exchanges, store credit, etc.? I didn't want to hound him with 20 PMs or emails. I just want to make sure I'm not being left out or slipped thru the cracks.

I would like to apologize to Bruce at COV. I made some really nasty remarks/comments in various threads. Now I see that Bruce is a real stand up guy, stands behind what he sells and makes sure his customers are happy. So there it is!
Bruce definately "has our backs"! I didn't even know about this option until tonight and all was taken care of in less than an hour. THAT'S what customer service is all about! 
See what I get from buying from another vendor because they had them 3 days earlier then Bruce?
