One downside is that it's noisy - you'll actually hear air rushing through these things (go gos) as you inhale...i've had friends actually look at me and burst out laughing when they're over and we're watching tv and such.
You turn into Darth Vadar with it.
Then again, maybe it's better than the 'whistling' that I've gotten at times with Ego-T's and some other stuff I've tried.
