This guy is like the nutnfancy of the vaping world. Got through parts of it, appreciate the links for wire/cotton.

I never really got REOs, look like big ugly box mods to me. I guess I just don't get the entire bottom feeder idea.

Just like dripping.......only you don't have to drip all the time, just squonk......squeeze the bottle, juice flows up and wets your wick. The "tank" is a 6ml plastic bottle.

I get the basics of how they work, I just never saw the advantage over tanks/RTAs. I have my first dripper coming, so maybe it will make sense after I try it.

Not sure about your reference to big. Why theReo Grand is just slightly larger than a quarter dollar!

Thanks bro. Yeah I keep it simple but don't sacrifice anything when it comes to a kick ayuss vape.

And there's nothing like fresh squozen juice on demand. Especially when it's in a small, rugged, super reliable mech - like these here REO grands. These are the largest metal REOs you can buy and they are smaller than a credit card run on an 18650 battery and hold 6mls of juice.

What's wrong if someone wants to promote themselves? ESPECIALLY if they're helping people?

Am I to understand that if I find something I love to do, I'm good at it and then I got the chance to make a little $$$ to recoup the costs I should say "no" because...? Is it immoral to help people, do something you like AND make a little scratch? Hmm. Who knew?

I think I shall march down to my local vape shop and demand that they either:

1) Stop selling things and start giving everything away for free
or
2) Stop helping people

There is no other option, apparently.

@super_x, Keep making your vids. I don't think you could even begin to count the n00bs that you've helped. You helped me when I started vaping, but I didn't click on any of your links. Sorry. That's a nickel that could have been yours. :)

Deb, my bad. I didn't get to it. We worked on another "project". But next Friday its on :). Thank you for reminding me :)

Hey hun......hope ya don't mind, but thought I'd toss out the stuff I'd really like to know about.

Description of what each type looks like of course (best as ya can, no worries)

any pros or cons to various finishes like, maybe one type scratches easier or some will leave marks where your fingers are all the time after awhile etc.

What type of maintenance a particular finish needs. I know veins need clear coat (maybe a link to what you coat em with if it's not too much trouble)

Also maybe go into the similarities and differences between very similar Reos. Saw sumpthin in classies bout two minis and I think it said corners were rounded different and the catch cup was bigger on one?

I really appreciate this. We have a lot of newbie reonauts that I bet will love it too. Someone was asking about this yesterday in a thread, so I told em you were gonna be doin this. Can't wait to see it. Yur a doll!

Yet another reason to break it up is for those, such as I, who have internet service which is nearly as slow as a 56k modem. Out here in the outer most reaches of Ole Kaintuck unless you get HughsNet,

I live in middle of nowhere too, and have satelite internet by ecede.....10gb a month. Watch a few you tubes and you are completely out of bandwidth. 10gb isn't much esp. now that there are streaming advertisements on every web site, etc. that you can't even stop no matter how many add-ons (to fix that) you put on your browser.

I watched the KY Derby on internet TV ..... and was out of gb for the rest of the month, according to exede. and for this I pay $65 a month!

Yes, cut them down----split 'em up. I can download stuff from midnight to 5am. Often have to set my alarm to get up and do that stuff.....I'm doing it now. :)

I thought that, too. I think I avoided buying one, couldn't really see why it was so popular. This was in 2012.

then........I bought one. (well, that's not true, I've bought many)

To me, they qualify as high art. :)

Oh Deb, I was THRILLED to even get that.

I was on dial up here for .......11 years? This is after having lived in places like New Haven and Manhattan. It was a real awakening. :) I had a brief stint with a wifi provider out of CA who only services truckers and rural folks like me......but then verizon raised the reseller's prices and it went up to $90 for 20gb....and I could barely get thru a YOu Tube video without a lot of buffering......so I wan't gonna pay that. :)

the funny part is that when they laid the water lines out here (yes, we only got city water 2-3 years ago) they laid FOS at the same time, guess they figured they may as well since they had to dig up about 100 miles of roadside.........but then, nothing ever comes of it.

The providers have no incentive to serve rural America, since we aren't densely populated out in places like this. In town, which is 15 miiles away, they do have good service. (that's how the telcos got to keep their Grant Money) GRRRRRR.....most of this county doesn't live in town. They are running cattle, etc.

Have you tried Firefox and Adblock Plus? I figure you probably have, but thought I'd throw that out there anyway. I've had hardly any ads and unwanted video streaming since I went that way. If a video window does make it through the filter, hover the mouse pointer over it and a little "block" tab pops up. Click it, add the domain to the filter and voila, no more video.

SuperX (i've always wondered, is that of the "Winchester" variety?)... keep the Super videos comin'! Very well-done, concise, informative.

Now I just need to bite the bullet, get a REO Grand, and quit fooling around with this other junk... I git it.

Thanks Russ, I appreciate it!! that was a better shot of the TRA than I'd previously seen. I'm glad to know the black anodized is a durable finish, wasn't sure about the powder coat, or how it differed from the anodized, but had heard it wasn't quite as durable. Really was impressed with the hammertone! glad to know that doesn't need to be clear coated! Loved the vid! And if you haven't seen my squeal thread.......my Reo should be here Monday! So excited, and totally blown away by the generosity of several!!! Can't wait for my first squonk!!
