I think the greatest is still the blue screw driver review.
Did anyone notice that the UD Goblin comes with a black screwdriver? It's madness.
Special edition?

Is he a registered supplier?
I will not watch any videos linked by the uploader with the adds on. That is a shameless trick.

Great video Russ very thorough..... now for the questions hey you asked for it lol
I hear you talk a lot about tensioned coils. What exactly does that do over a not so much tensioned coil? Is that to help reduce hot legs, or make it glow more evenly, both?
I have used bdc coils in a tank, but when I build, have stuck to single coil around 1.5 ohms. I've never vaped a sub ohm coil. Is the biggest difference with your net .5 .6 ohm coils the amt of vapor you get, or are there other differences as well?
I know in a previous video you said you didn't like the twist and tug method of cutting your leads, why is that? Just personal preference or a specific reason?
I'm thinking about a marquis clone from FT but where can you get a non bf atty modded to be a bf?
Thought I'd toss this link out there, I haven't bought from them yet, but it appears to be the same KGD, still 12.00 for 60 pads, but free shipping. Koh Gen Do Organic Cotton Pads - DermStore
that's it for now, but gimme time, I'm sure I can come up with some more. lol
ETA: See, I knew I could come up with more. lol
where do you usually get your nic and vg?
I vape high pg, around 70pg, would this make much of a difference with your coils/wick?
Hi B and welcome.
Simple answer is a tensioned micro coil allows you to put more wire mass within a potential coil/wick volume area concentrating the power in that internal volume of wick. Internal pressure builds rapidly in a wick of properly matched density to the wind resulting in a lowering of the the vaporization point temperature internally. This in my opinion is what delivers the net increase in efficiency over an open wind within the same geometric volume. Why those sampling a true t.m.c. report a cooler vape. They are describing a rapid phase transition at the given resistance, i.e. more vapor production.
A t.m.c. doesn't gunk more. That's contingent upon by how much juice is processed;
A t.m.c. doesn't heat up or cool down faster. That's dependent upon the mass of wire deployed;
A t.m.c. doesn't heat up adjacent wire driving up resistance. By promoting rapid vaporization the element runs cooler.
A t.m.c. doesn't form a pipe. Fissures large and small exist due to diameter and oxidation imperfections which force vapor release throughout the wind.
A few thoughts of my own to consider as we try an actual t.m.c. What is the vape temperature I am sensing? How does it relate to a standard wind?
At the end of the day what matters is how efficiently the heat energy we're applying to the juice provokes transition.
Good luck all.

I guess you'll have to watch for yourselfIt's L O N G but comprehensive and explained so anyone can understand it

That is just one of the several compliments on this video![]()
No, no, they can't do that...That is against the rules, the Geneva convention and possibly the laws of physics themselves.
I knew about the black screwdriver thing, it seems UD has a thing for that color so pretty much anything that comes from them is black and or black and silver. I'm still loyal to the blue screwdriver though, nothing will change that. Anyone think of starting up the Blue Screwdriver Religion yet, that would be amusing.
Excellent video. I've just a couple of comments on the Gizmo. You can get them for less at Hobby Lobby with their 40% off coupon, around $7 and change. On the bolt, washers and wingnut assembly, I use a rubber grommet to keep the bolt firmly in place in the dowel, I also super glue one washer to the wingnut to keep it in place to make wire insertion easier. Inserting the wire in the wingnut assembly prior to putting the dowel into the Gizmo is also easier. I've literally wrapped hundreds of coils with the Gizmo and it's the best. I like the 3mm dowel for wrapping for RDA's rather than the 1.5mm you use. I use that one for rebuilding Kanger coils, just right!! Thanx for the awesome vid!!
Nice tip on the super glue-ing the washer to the wing nut BCD will do that when I get home. Thanks!![]()

You gotta watch the Drifter for the entertainment value....What we need is more Heavy Metal! Keep on SXD!
Hey Drifter, did you ever think of cutting up the long videos into segments? An hour and a half is a long video to watch and I think segments would let the viewers grab them a bit at a time.
