Just a quick question as to whether anyone knows if Sweet Vapes is still in business and making wood mods?

Hate to pester people with emails but I have not heard back and wanted to make sure the business was still viable before sending another email.

His thread is quite active. He posts there fairly regularly. I'm sure he's still taking orders, but there will be a wait. Brad is one busy guy.

Try PMing Brad-the-rad..... You might have emailed one of his lesser used email addresses that doesn't get monitored much.

I have a mini-grip and love it. He does good work.

Got a call at work today, said he was moving emails around when he found mine. Guess he has been pretty busy.

Wait is about 6-8 weeks and $140, looking forward to getting mine.

Well, sadly I have not heard from Sweet Vapes and as you can tell from the date we are over the 8 week time frame he quoted.

Anyone else order from him back in the middle of February and got their mod from could you let me know? Not sure if he is out of business or something else has caused deliveries to be delayed.

Thanks Already saw that link and the 1400+ pages which is why I went to his website and asked if there was any news on my order. Unless he directly goes through every entry on that topic my inquiry would be missed. Plus I don't need his fans jumping down my throat because I had the audacity to ask on the status of my order.

I have emailed him my query. if he answers it great, if not there are others I can order a wood mod from.

Brad is extremely busy, it is a one man show, he makes them all by hand, he is the best wood mod maker IMHO and like all good things in life: have patience and the reward will be worth more then the wait!!! I have two, waited more then three months but I don't regret one minute of the waiting time. What you will get is something very very nice, everyone who obtained one can concur for 100%. Hang in there.

The last few pages of the thread are current and what gets checked for inquiries, no reason to go through the entire thread. It's a community full of people willing to help and questions have been asked about order status(including me) as well as other things in it many times without anyone jumping down any ones throat but that's up to you, no reason to fear you're going to get stepped on for an inquiry though.

Thanks for the advice all. Hopefully he has and is working on my mod. If 3 months is the average wait time then hopefully I will hear something in a couple of weeks. And as I said if not then life will go on.

Well 5 months later and still no GRIP. I did receive a reply via his I-phone that he still had my info a couple of months back but it is safe to say I won't be getting this wood mod.

Anyone else considering ordering from him I would advise looking elsewhere.

I wouldn't have waited as long as you Belch. plenty of other modders out there, that won't leave you in the dark for months on end.
