Last week I turned on another Newbie to V4L and had her order a bunch of stuff. Since the Big bottles of juice weren't in yet, I piggybacked a few small bottles of Cowboy on her order just to get me by for a while. Within 2 hours after her order, a partial shipment of the big bottles were listed for sale on the site.
Lousy timing to say the least but no problem since the small juice bottles were on their way. I figured I would wait until there were more choices of the big bottles before I placed a very large order (apparently, they were due in real soon....).
So the small juice comes in and the bottles say "NON". What the hell is this? Apparently, someone screwed up picking the order (again for the third time). Now I am totally out of luck and will be out of Cowboy carts in a few days. I am getting tired of placing a bunch of small orders. I simply wanted to get enough supplies to last me a couple of months, but I can never seem to do this because of the sporadic stock situation.
I was also going to use the Cowboy juice to refill some premium carts and turn another newbie on to V4L. My friend Diana has very limited funds and I figured that she could bum off of me for a week or so to see if vaping is for her. I promised that I would have her set up this week. And now I have to explain what happened to the order and why I could not come through on my promise to her.
I am waiting for all the responses saying "simply have your friend contact V4L and get the order straightened out." That's not an option since Winanne's Dad just went into a coma. And, of course, the other infamous response, "V4L has grown so quickly that they are shipping 200 orders a day". I really don't need to hear that one again!
Please guys, you got to have one person pick the order and someone else check the order. Only then, you should you ship the order.
Since the rest of the juice has not come in, and I can only get some of the non-cowboy juice in small bottles, maybe its time to give up and simply check out some other juice providers.
I have tried to be a loyal V4L customer. Between me and the 5 newbies I have turned on to V4L, combined we have spent, almost $2000 in 6 weeks.
I have been constantly apologizing to the newbies for different deficiencies in the V4L website, ordering process, stock situation, delivery delays, and order screw-ups. I have been defending V4L like it was my own company. I guess since you all seem to be good guys, I was trying my best to help you build your company.
But I am now totally frustrated and am ready to spend some money with any other vendor. From my experience in running a manufacturing company for 18 years, tells me that you really need to focus on the operations aspect of your business.
Maybe when these issues get straightened out, I will resume preaching the V4L sermon, until then, I will stand mute.
