Well, both of my 901 atomizers were rocking along. Doing great, actually.
I had been using them both for about a month, rotating them out.

On Thursday of last week, my first atomizer went belly up.

I thought, "It's okay. Nothing to panic about. Self, you've already ordered 5 atomizers from Heaven Gifts over a week ago. You'll be fine!"

Well, after I got home from work, I went to take a drag and........... nothing. No dice. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200.

Now, I'm atomizer-less, yet, still maintaining. Haven't had an analog, and it's been a few hours. Went and worked out, even.

Tomorrow morning is going to really blow.

D- You present a classic example of why a 5 pack of Atomizers as a back up is a must--Sorry that happened -- you may have to njoy it if you can find one close--Sun

Do at least look over the Alternatives section. You might find contentment in a Camel snus, for instance. Have a fallback position if e-smoking fails you -- as it did in this instance.

I can easily enjoy snus without touching an e-cig for hours in situations where the e-cig would be frowned on. Without the backup crutch, I'd be a wreck.

It's funny that you mentioned that. I just read the thread about snus, and I decided I'd pick some up on the way to the office in the morning.

Thanks for the advice, Bob.

I think I'll be able to make it. If I can get past the morning, I'll be fine.

I have 5 901 atomizers, 3 I ordered with my usb passthru and 2 I got with my SD. I have been rotating 4 of them for 2 1/2 months, left one untouched as backup. Saturday night my bro was down with his kid and we played pool all night, everyone vapn their 901 passthrus. Well I went to show off some, broke out my SD, and within 20 minutes, had cooked two atomizers. The next morning I went to take a drag off my passthru, and nothing. 3 atomizers dead within 24 hours. I boiled the 4 I was rotating and let them sit over night to dry, all 4 are now dead. LOL I have 1 901 atomzier left, not touching it, using my lonely Dura until my new atomizers arrive.

Sun,

Too funny, I own a useless NPro due to broken atomizers. Ill tell you what, even though the NPro IMO is the bottom of the barrel, when you find one at local gas station when you thought you were going to be screwed for a few days, they all of the sudden seem as good as a Screw Driver!

The fear of finding myself in just this position is what got me to look in to some kind of low tech emergency option. So I ordered one of those Ubie crack pipe looking things. No matter how well it works, I doubt I would ever use it outside the house though. It should be in this afternoon and I will put up a quick review after trying it out.

Yeah. I don't know if I could bring myself to use a Ubie. I certainly couldn't use it outside of my home.

I work with kids and families in a small, east Texas town. Regardless of what it was, people will think what they want to think.

I picked up some Camel Frost Snus, and, while it's not my favorite thing in the world, it has helped a bit with taking the edge off.

The worst part about all of this is that I'm putting on one of my biggest events of the year tomorrow, and things are super stressful.

I feel for ya D Struct - I really do - it's Fiscal Year End in my world - and all the shirts are just fanning the flames - clear this, close this, do this, whaddamean you can't do that?!?!?!..... and my atomizer died last night (the only one I had!!) You got more willpower than me, though, I went right back to the analogs....taste awful! No matter how much I drink or eat, I can still taste the thing! YUCK!

Hopin and prayin that my backups come in - NOW

To make matters worse, I went home today for lunch, and I saw a big envelope on the table.

I rushed over to see where it was from (hoping it was from Heaven Gifts) and it said "Deal Extreme".

My rechargeable batteries arrived for my Detonator, but I don't have an atomizer to use it! Argh!

I like to think of it as life's little way of kicking me in the junk today...

VapeAllDay--That was very well said--I think they call that the "elasticity of demand. Nobody whats the "day old bread'-unless of course the day old bread is all that is available!!! Point being is to hang onto everything we have--that "nasty" tasting cherry e-liquid may taste awful good if you run out of everything else!!!! Sun

Bummer! Is there nobody near enough that could give you one of theirs till your's arrive? If I had a spare I'd send it to you - but don't say it too loud .... I only have ONE atomizer

Thank you so much for the offer...

I just need to put on my big boy pants and soldier on.

I'm willing to bet I'm the only person with one of these for about a 50+ mile radius, so it's not real likely there's someone close with a spare. My friend that I wrangled into e-cigs owns a Pee Wee, so that's not a lot of help.
