These points are definitely true - and anyone that wants to try it SHOULD give it a go. When I say it seems unnecessary, I am speaking for myself. I list of CONS I can think of right off the top are:
1) Another vape supply you need to keep in stock
2) Money spent on said vape supply
3) Extremely fragile - the tubing could easily break simply by your mod falling over

the benefits weigh more then the CONS if it works better that is

no fiddling, no hotspots, no gunk, less cleaning....

Well this is what a forum is for right....New things get tried and fail, but sometimes things are 100% successful. Maybe this will be. being receptive to change is key on a Forum lol. But Ill keep you all posted. I should get the tubing on Saturday or Monday.....we will see. The iHy should not need to be modded to fit this tubing from what I have read so far. Using the peter K method, I was using close to a 3mm drill bit. the glass states it is a bit smaller then 3mm so we will see!!!!

Virginia is for vapers
Yes - innovation is a great thing, and should be encouraged. Also debates - forums are great when debating is kept healthy. Please keep in mind that my thoughts are only for my own daily operation of geni devices. Other people might be having loads of issues with shorts and hotspots, and have to fiddle with their devices often. I don't. I don't see the need for it personally - and that is the main word: "personally". Anything that is going to help anyone have a better experience should definitely be encouraged.

Also, this is not to say I wouldn't try it if someone gave me a little piece of tubing :) Who knows if my opinion might change? Anything is possible. My opinions right now are just based on speculation.

Every day is an experiment. Not one device on the market is perfect. Why do you think we have more then one device and keep trying and buying new stuff?? If what we have would be perfect all the way, we would have a backup of that one unit and be done with looking.
I love some devices, not so much how they work differently from others but the design and how they look.

I have a few question's.What will the deposit's do too you?Why do you have to use butane?Won't the deposit's leave an oxidation on the wick.I use propane for my grill. Will that leave deposit's on my food? Should I not use it?lol

I really don't know the answer, like i said, it was something I had read in a thread here when I was buying my first torch. Figured it's better to err on the side of safety... After all you're not directly inhaling the fumes from your grill are you?

cool a biker babe....that's great.

Nah, she's your typical uncool mom, just riding a Harley now. Turned it over in the yard several times when learning to stay upright.
