Hi phrost if I am going to start diy juice where do I go and outside flavoring what do I need to buy?
You need nic base, pg and vg, a syringe,empty bottles and an e-juice calculator app/program. That should get you rolling nicely

I buy my nic base, PG, and VG from Wizard Labs.
I get all my flavoring from One Stop DIY Shop. They should have gloves, pipettes, flasks, syringes, etc, etc as well.
the most economical is 100 mg, but easiest to mix would be 12mg
as 12 mg you would just mix
50% nic base
5-20% (depending) flavor
30-45% 0 nic pg/vg
or you could get 9mg and do the same just
66% nic base
5-20% flavor
14-29% pg/vg
12 would be easier, as well as more economical.
