Lately I'm really liking gandalf from HHV. But I like it in 100 percent VG. I'm not sure how straight VG works in these ihys. Will it be okay with 400 ss mesh or should I get a 80/20 mix just to be safe ?

Not in a iHybrid (yet), but vape the same stuff (100%vg Gandalf and others from HHV) and enjoy a solid 500 fat wick in devices that can take it, and just use a thin in ones that can't. It has been wicking fine for me, with little to no tilting - say 4 o'clock.

Nothing wrong with the old switch, use the heck out of it... Just because it's Vintage, doesnt meen it wont work...lol

Yes it is. It's an eheim Aquastyle 35l with an aquailliumination nano led , eheim jäger 150w heater with an eheim classic 2213 canister filter.

About 20lbs of sand and 15-20 lbs or live rock.

There are a few scarlet legged hermits, a turbo snail ( camouflaged like a tuft of hair alge ) and a Catalina goby.

Nice, I had over 1000 gal. of saltwater but had to get out of it 3 years ago, moved into a condo and didn't have room. Now here I am getting into the iHY's lol

I've dabbled in SW over the last decade. Trying my hand at a nano . I've got a tiny volume of water to deal with. Light stocking is key. I'm thinking about picking up a few frags tonight.
