i understand the air hole being lined up with the wick, but i haven't noticed any difference whatsoever in which way the unit is rotated when i hit it. just an ocd thing?

Thicker juices have to be tilted more so the wicking keeps up with the coil.

Try and chain vape with it anywsy but down. Blahhh wick soaks in the juice if it is down.

80 vg so It tells me quick if wick is up top and I'm low on liquid.

I've only used AW IMRs- is EH considered to be a decent / safe maker?

I will never use anything but the red nipple top awimr batts. I dont push smps snd I have never had a issue. Knock on wood

Hmm I guess there will be a scientific explanation. But my OPINION is only use recommended battery. With that said I ordered 10.

does anybody here use anything on their iHy threads? (noalox, vaseline, tefrawn, etc?) the threading is very, very good on these things, but still, wondering if it's a good preventative measure too keep them lubed and deoxidized?

So those batts on a good charger last 400 cycles I use 2 a day. You just bought 6 years worth of batts. Lol

I decided to retire 1/2 of my 18350 but it fell through anyhow someone complained to the manufacture and guess they didn't want to upset a large customer for a small order.

Yea, that is not an AW batt that I have ever seen. looks just like the cheapo knockoffs of my smaller 14500s. The 14500 knockoffs I had would last half the time of my real AW IMRs, and a few stopped working... if I shook them, you could hear and feel something rattle around inside the batt. Binned them, and won't buy them again.
