Kathy at Bedazzled is a great person. I was always hanging out at her booth at Vapexpo. Spent way to much money there. She is such a sweetheart. Talked to her husband quite a bit too. She will take care of things fast if you ever need it. Great people to do business with.

I don't think pluid ever really leave anything. I bought grruss Zen, which apparently was his pluid device. I changed the wick, coil, cleaned it completely with alcohol, took the tank off, cleaned it with hot water, cleaned the center post etc.....I still tasted pluid in everything. The o-rings needed to go too.

I think one of the biggest reasons I didn't have problems w/ it (other than my intense cleaning sessions each week) is I use a LOOOOOOT of cinnamon juices which overrides most if not all flavors I've come in contact with...but then, I like absynthe and black licorice too....right now I've got some JV Zombie Pus (I gotta have some for IF I get my hands on the future Zombie Apocalypse LE) in one of my APV's....it's fire and ice (more like atomic fireball) mixed with black licorice

As far as I know they are open weekdays, they only take a limited number of orders each day and then it still takes about a week before it ships since they make it to order. Wlad has had a pretty rough time with the move but his new store will have a lounge and coffee shop, glad I was able to get an order in before the Holidays and planning a road trip this summer. They are great people.
