Same here IRT the 310 account. I certainly hope VaBeach is right, and I know he is IRT the push back due to the engraver motor... Are they just a middle man and the HRs actually ship from Face, and he already has the info... or does he have to ship them to 310, and then 310 to us? First iHy here, so no clue... But it is a little disturbing to see that when you log into your account @ that website.

Face sends them to 310 who ships them out, but as has been talked about all week in the thread, Face had one of his machines break down, they just got it fixed yesterday, so they have been delayed with expected shipping date of this friday

Its possable when 310 reworked their website that your account info may have been deleted. I know when I signed on today none of my shipping or card info was stored and had to re-enter everything

Anyone know how long 310 takes to respond to emails? Sent them one a few days ago asking about the tanks I ordered on the 6th (which still haven't shipped). Wondering why it's taking so long.....
On another note, I just have to say that I haven't waited this long for anything I've ordered online in....well, years and years. I know it's only been 2 weeks, but 2 weeks of no order confirmation, no shipping, and no notice as to why it would take 2 weeks. Now waiting on a response. There is a blue dragon for sale in the classys; it said the faceless new switch will be covered under the ihybrid warranty? I was under the impression that if the device didnt come with the new switch you had to buy it?

yes you will have to buy the new switch if you want one of them, unless you have a HR or later

Alot of the Modders prefer 310 though, Clearly...
What I was told by Murdock, is that 310 is one of the few places willing to give new modders and such a chance.
Well I'm not questioning anything other than my personal experience with them, which has been pretty unimpressive. I'm glad they give newbies a shot and all, but how hard is it to send an email?

Some of those Drip tips look intriguing. I like the look of the Carbon fiber ones, would look boss on top of a standard polished up Landlord style.
Anyone have any ideas of where I could get a tip that goes well with the HR? I have searched through several sites and didn't really find anything that worked as well as I would like. Love bullies and love trippy tips but other than requesting a custom, I haven't found one that fits
