I can't stand it. I'm waiting on my first one over here and it's killing me.....

I have a feeling u will have the set. I might be vaping my freshly J-wraped GG with twisted tobacco, but my red dragon with pluid is in eyesight. Dam I feel like a tv Comercial plugin my favorite vendors.

When reading voltage I read the actual battery voltage when a coil isnt installed, but with a coil installed I read ~.3v lower than the actual
batt voltage is this normal

Yep, v and v under load is different... conductivity, battery quality, etc

they would never be the same, under any circumstances. loaded and unloaded voltage should always be different, or else you really have something wrong.

They should ideally be the same when you use a voltage regulation circuit (i.e. VV mod) and even then there is a small (0.0x V) drop usually.
