I'm pretty sure I brought up the subject on a differant thread. With load I was having almost a full volt of loss. I didn't think this was right because other mods I tested had minimal loss. Now I'm having around .6 loss under load after sanding a part and cleaning the switch a little.

Idle voltage and load voltage are always going to be different as previouslt said in this thread. And from what I have read it has to do with the internal resistance of the battery when its under load. Its normal to see some drop when a coil is Installed. When there is no coil installed you will see the regular battery voltage.
