I'm having a bad coil day.. trying to get my Illuminati set up with the new 500 mesh, have busted 4 coils in the row now. I think it's cause I don't have a torch. I burned VG on em 3 times with my zippo but that's the best I can get. They look nice and black at least. Time for a break.

Wick is too big cut some off so its not so big and it should fix it if your doing the peterK still

It could be in my head, but I find #500 mesh is harder to prep than #400. It took me 3 times longer to oxidize.

Still don't oxidize and the only tome I have problems is when I make it too big

Probably your tastebuds mate. Try vaping on other mods. See if there's any change. If everything you try is lack of flavor, vape a menthol flavor for a day. It helps. For me it does. Lol. Hope that helps!

I messed with wicks all day today as well. It's been a whole weekend thing for me this time :/ I was trying out new things: no oxidizing, just juice burns, I even made a Peter k hybrid with a thin layer of cotton at the top(that one was the worst lol). Some days I can get it in 5 minutes. I think I'm going to stick to oxidizing, it's worked the best and got me back up and running today. I'm eagerly awaiting a new wick form- maybe the air stone but I think that idea can be put towards something safer? I'll be excited to see where we are at the end of 2013!

Hopefully it doesn't take me hours again I'm leaving on vacation Thursday so I hope 2 iHys will keep me going through the weeks trip do you oxidize the whole thing after rolling? And juice the whole thing? Or just the part where the coils are going?
