Does anyone have trouble with a lot of juice collecting in the cap. Not sure if I'm doin something wrong with my wick that its overwicking
Yes the Pila should charge 18350's. I know the xtar chargers will too but you will need spacers. I use the xtar WP2 II charger, it comes with enough spacers to charge one 18350, but you have to buy more if you want to charge two at a time.
Sounds like an overwicking issue, maybe boiling the juice. Are you using a hollow wick or a solid fat wick?
Afternoon folks. Fisty thats to funny! I hate when people talk to me about them. I always interrupt what they are talking about and then fill them in on what its really like. I was stopped by someone in Sams Club. I pulled out my Provari and his mouth dropped. He never seen one before. I recently found a vape shop by me. They only carry 808 stuff and they are expensive!! Im talking to this guy and once again pull out my Provari and he was all over it!! He had never seen one either. How can you sell stuff you know nothing about? There just out to make a buck. This guy was selling cartos for 2.00 a piece. I saw one person come into the shop when I was there. Bought one carto. I just smiled and left. The guy was gone before I could talk to him. To bad I could have saved him some money!!

That's exactly what he did.. he didn't have a PV to use, he just buys them from china and goes around to smoke shops and resells them so they in turn can resell them.. utterly ridiculous, and he didn't know his ... from a hole in the ground but he was talking like he knew everything. He was one of those types that even if you didn't know anything about PVs you'd know he was full of it. Really too bad, people like him give us a bad name.
i have a pila too but honestly i havent used it since I got my nitecore i4 and 18350s are all i use, nitecore all the way
You have to use spacers in the pila to charge 18350s and I always hated using themfisty what was he trying to sell you guys?

ahh you beat me to it lol the nitecore is pila quality but better imo, and uses sliders which i like, but for half the price. and no buttons to mess w/ it will charge every battery as fast as it safely can, rapid, trickle charge all that stuff. heres the info page for mine

Just get yourself an extra set of spacers or 2 if your only going to charge 18350s. The good thing is you can charge 6 at a time.
Glad to see you back Sync.Nice pron!!! What's weird is, the last few days I've rolled probably 6 wicks and made more coils than I can remember. I think it's good, then it's not, so I do it again. Been trying to use unoxidized wicks... Worked on it for about 3 hours yesterday
Yeah have been trying to do that as well but I gave up.
Really looking into those stone wicks btw. Not brave enough yet to go out and find what's needed tho ;-)

Probably heat, (from a coil?;-)) The visible abundance of bubbling probably by overwicking or to much space between wick and coil?
Your wick might be touching the top cap, as that can cause the juice to darken like that
That's the one I use. I don't like spacers either, but to be able to charge six batteries at once is a good trade for me. That said, a lot of people whose opinion I respect love that Nitecore.
He wasn't trying to sell us anything, thankfully.. he was trying to tell us that there wouldn't be a market for our mods... took about half an hour of this guy going on and on for him to get it through his head that we weren't selling them. And of course trying to tell a table full of RBA officiandoes that iHys and Zens had no market.. Keep in mind also that I'm in Rochester which is Chez Zen. We have one vape shop that's 1/2 head shop 1/4 cigar shop and 1/4 vape shop.. they sell good quality 808s (smoovs) and name brand egos and kgos, so I dunno where this guy is selling his crappy stuff to but it's no where I've been to. When I get new people interested I always send them to that one shop first to get an eGo type to start out with. They also carry Pharmboy's juice which is some of the best available.
I got the nitecore. Only gripe I got is the sliders/spacers are a bit flimsy and tend to get stuck instead of slide if you try to push them backwards with a 18650. So you need to use both hands.

I was pmed by a well known Supplier on here wanting me to make my mods for him to sell.
I made mention of harbor freight one time and he lost his mojo went crazy.
Something like that's what's wrong with America, people buying Chinese junk.

But since you make a profit that's OK.
He was pretty full of himself and still is.
