Positive leg looks HOTT! So, why is this jury still out? I've heard flavor increases? What's your case?
I think I need another coil. Major throat hit! I think the coil properties change with ceramic hence the red legs. I haven't really effed with it to much so I'm not positive this is a good thing lol. Flavor tastes of cinnamon and ceramic lol. Apparently there is a break in period tho
Plumes indeed! I see your coil glowing though, does it wick fast enough?
Not really
the dreaded bridge of fire

With ody and penelope ceramics when they are new you have to torch them a bit or you will have a funny taste......

Ok, round 2. I noticed that the wick broke right at the deck so I spun a 3/4 twisted 32 this time. The red legs seem to be better and flavor has improved. I do have to get my tilt on otherwise it's dry hit city. I think it could be a decent wick as long as it gets better after breaking in. I'll keep you guys posted.

Be sure to use the ones from petsmart only! The ones at PETCO melted when I torched them lol. There's obviously some chemical bonding material in them

Nothing is wrong with SS mesh, I love it. I was just bored, vaping is my hobby and it's a Sunday! Why not!? ;)
So my twisted coil was doing the usual 4 day gunking losing vapor. So I tried something different. I took a tiny flathead snd brushed the whole coil. Then I moved all of them just a tiny bit. Moved the wick up and down a tiny bit. Damn right back to a fresh coil its awesome.

Yup, standard practice for rejuvenating a messy coil. Also works for hot spots and trouble areas. :)
