3d Max is another (the most?) popular choice to use in place of Maya, though I prefer Maya. Z-brush is definitely the way to go for sculpting, though Pixologic, the makers of Z-brush also have a free sculpting package called Sculptris.
I prefer Maya to Max as well.. the interface just clicks with me better.. it actually clicks pretty well, it shouldn't be too hard for me to pick up once I have the time to give it. I've played with Scuptris, I had a blast, it works in tris though and the rendering programs I use want quads so it's of limited use to me for my current work, though I could use it with x-normal to make normal or displacement maps I guess. I've poked at z-brush but it utterly confused me, but I was also trying to use it for 3D projection painting and the model I was using has overlapping UVs which z-brush couldn't deal with. I use Blacksmith 3D for projection painting now but it's quite a clunky program.

I've thought seriously about selling on Squid.. do you think it would hurt me a lot to only have .obj format though?

I'm sure you have spent more time self training than alot of people with degrees have sitting in desks. Maybe with your passion and skills you will get your just due one day. I understand having to make sacrifices though, I always put my wants secondary too. Part of growing up and being responsible darn it! Keep up the great work.
About 8 years now, 7 on 3D stuff, the first was all just photoshop. Add a couple years towards a fine art degree and a couple semesters at a tech school for game design. Sad thing is, one of the best technical colleges in the country is 15 minutes from my house and they offer a full degree in game design. Timmy has a degree in network security and administration from there.. I would enroll in a heart beat but I can't afford the tuition. (Link) $44k a year.. ugh.
As for responsibility.. I'm doing it for love and for karmic payback right now. My ex husband supported me for the 5 years we were together, he gave me the time I needed to learn all this stuff. I found myself and I found my passion. Now I am doing it for Timmy so he can find his calling. His parents are willing to pay for a CCNA boot camp for him (not that I think he really needs it, honestly) he could get his certifications and get a job that could comfortably support us both within a few months if he wanted to but he honestly doesn't know what he wants to do. He's still young, only 26, I'm giving him the time he needs to figure it out. He absolutely adores video games so we're going to start there sice I already know thats where I want to go.

Got my luer locks from Wizard Labs
Likewise

Do 650's really hit that much harder? Don't have any 650's so I've never tried them. I figured volts are volts :/. Gonna have to shop again.
Yes, it's a noticeable difference.

Is there anyway around pushing juice up the wick when filling with a syringe ??
Fill it FAST.

Yep I won't use the 350s with the low ohm coils I like.
A 1.0 or 1.1Ω coil is really pushing the 18350 batts even though its only for a few seconds.
Better safe than sorry, and I like big batts :)

A 26650 iHy would be awesome .... with like a 12ml tank :D

A fully charged 350 with a one ohm coil will draw 4.2 amps which is within the 6 amp rating of an IMR 350. They drop off pretty fast tho, 18650's will hold higher voltage longer which is why they seem to hit harder I think.

Would love a 26650 iH, use the MNKE's in my Helix and it holds that just charged hit for an entire day. Could probably go through 3 tanks on one charge. Just guessing but when I was using the Helix as my go to would often go 2-3 days on one battery charge.

Look at this WONDERFUL way to start a weeks vacation.... Pluid did its toll on the plunger and I have fooled with it for 20 minutes trying to remove it... Can I fill my iHy cleverly, without a syringe?? Hopefully :(

Did you try to blow it out using a air compressor, I have done that before just make sure you point it in a safe direction. LOL

Man, now that was a catchup(never going to sleep early and not loggin' in all day again!!) Gotta question for the smurfs:laugh: I got some Papa smurf from LJ's today, so, Do i need to steep this stuff? Or can I just fill the tank after a cleaning? I dont wanna wait, this stuff smells delectable!! But then again so does Purle Dreams:drool: Man I wish my tanks came from Yuma today, then I could just fill both my IHy's:laugh:
I don`t steep it when I get it I just load it up, with that being said I just saw that the juice is made fresh when you order it so some steeping may not hurt. I have had a bottle sitting in my juice crate for like 3 weeks but have been vaping DIY for the last few weeks. Now you got me wanting to get it. LOL
