They also brought up that there was no innovation because everything on the iHybrid was copied off of some other
mod. I asked them if they didn't consider the swiss army knife an innovation. They didn't invent a single thing in the knife. Not the knife blade, saw, scissors, leather punch, none of it. No they made a product with many things they thought the everyday man may want or need and put it in a nice little package. I don't see much difference here. All they did was dodge the question.
Later I brodened the perspective and asked when was it ok to use a certain technology and when was it not? Someone had to create a 1st tube
mod. Does that mean that nobody else should be able to make a
mod in the shape of a tube, or have a bottom button, and the Zen and Katana were't the 1st genesis style atomizers. To not allow these technologies to be used would stop innovation not breed it. And if we chose on our own merit which technologies were ok and which were not to use, Was it fair to judge someone for using their own moral barometer to decide which technologies to use?
Once again question dodged.
Sorry for the long post but I love a healthy debate. And for a change it really was healthy. No name calling or bickering. Everyone over there involved were very adult and mature about it. Just point and counterpoint. Agreeing to disagree when need be and moved on. And while I disagree with most of their logic I give my hats off to them and respect them for their demeanor and maturity. It was quite the nice change of pace I'm used to seeing.
