I'm pretty sure Face would have told us about the gap when using the kick or elf would have mentioned it. Here are some pics so Face can see what I am referring.

I'll post a picture when my wife's off the computer.
I have the 18500 battery that comes with the kick from Nhaler.
The button is about 1/16 out from flush,
Not that i would or you should but could just trim the insulator in the switch a touch.
P
But personally I like the way the 18650 battery doesn't flop around so ill leave mine alone

The threading on my switch is off but I was able to get the switch on like 1 1/2 turns. Had some extra magnets lying around so I stacked them to fill the gap and after like 6 attempts I got a coil running right. Hits like a freight train. 12mg juice is crushing me right now. Lol

I have the same headache lol
Thought it was the wife...

Well I thought the spring may be the culprit and I had some magnets so I took the switch apart and used a bigger magnet in the bottom (note: once you start pushing the magnet into the area the spring sits you are committed and I am guessing the only way out is to shatter the magnet into pieces to remove it and go back to a spring), I had to take a hex socket wrapped with a little electrical tape to get the bigger magnet pressed onto the cutout in the button bottom, lastly I used one thin magnet reversed on the in the top underside of the switch. It still leans a bit but definitely less than with the spring, and the magnets won't wear out over time. I did not use a SS washer under the brass screw, it fires just fine without raising the brass head that little bit.

crypto i tried the magnet set up as well with the old one, and was able to get the big magnet out with a bunch of others, i have spare there powerfull enough to pull it back out.

Umm we just did the same thing at the same time. Lol
But i left enough magnet out to pull it out with pliers.

I have about 5 sets all sitting on top each other and they will not pull the fatty out of mine, guess you spring seating area must be a larger diameter than mine by just a cont hair. I had to tap mine in all the way, it wont fire unless the fatty is in all the way, cause the brass head will not extend far enough otherwise. It won't fire with two thin magnets on top of the fatty either and I wanted to keep the SS washers to raise the brass head, out of the mix.

Is that website gonna handle the Colored parts too? If not how are they gonna be sold

Yes, they will handle colors :)

i thought these were going to copy zen's lifetime warranty!?

They will from me but not distributor. If your past 6 months just contact me, before 6 months, contact distributor

Just got mine but a little bummed. On my 18650 the threadings are off and the bottom cap wont fit on. :(

PM'd, your unlucky lol, I have your tube here and will ship it next day mail so you dont have to wait. You got a bad machined part and thats why I have an extra tube right beside me, I'll take care of you lol

I have a question Faceless.

When I use my kick with an AW IMR 18490 battery the bottom switch will now screw in till flush with the tube, is this normal for everyone or am I just lucky? :)

I did the measurements to fit the aw snug and the non nipple imr's would be loose. You arent restricted to just using the aw imr brand. I use the imr with no nipple. If I made it to fit the kick perfect with the aw no other batteries would work and the aw would bounce around in there. Hope this explains it. If you only use AW brand with nipples you can file the nylon piece on the battery switch down and custom size it :)

I like the switch on the first one better it might just be the spring in the new one

It is a new spring, its shorter and less sturdy, the locking switch will make it sturdy. I did this for 2 reasons.

1. You can tell when its unlocked for safety purposes, incase you forget :)
2. The new spring is small tension, meaning; Some people couldn't handle how much vapor it produces so I made it adjustable with that spring, the harder you press, the more vapor, you want light vapor just dont press as hard.
