I did the measurements to fit the aw snug and the non nipple imr's would be loose. You arent restricted to just using the aw imr brand. I use the imr with no nipple. If I made it to fit the kick perfect with the aw no other batteries would work and the aw would bounce around in there. Hope this explains it. If you only use AW brand with nipples you can file the nylon piece on the battery switch down and custom size it

Gotcha, but if I go to trimming and decide later to use without a kick then I will have some rattle or batt movement. Yes, I only use AW IMR batt's and they all have nips, from what I recall, if you get an AW IMR with a flat top then it's a fraud and not truly an AW IMR batt.

Not telling you what to do, but if it was me I would get a o ring and fill that gap.
I have one on my mini provari when using the regular end cap I get a small gap.

So, I did a video and I'm uploading it now. This is likely my first and last, but I did this video before I even opened or removed the iHybrid from it's two shipping containers. It's bad, trust me on that, there is no talking, just the initial discovery and parts where my hands are out of camera view and you just know I am twisting tubes together. Anyway, I figure if I wasted my time making it, you can waste your time watching it as well. I will post it once it finishes uploading.

I don't honestly know the batt measurements. I have a shockwave on order and two AW IMR 26500 batts (AW no longer makes the 26650), to use with a kick, but it may be a while before they ship as they will ship when the shockwave ships and there is no sign that will happen anytime soon.

1 other question: I don't own any mawn drip tips but I adjusted the drip tip hole. Can anyone tell me if mawns fit?

Yup, I grabbed a Mawn Black Aluminum Ridgemont and shoved it in with no problems whatsoevah.

Hey any vets know why I'm getting really poor vapir production. Fat wick, VG, 3 wrap coil. Took me forever to not get hot spots but cant really get all 3 coils to glow at all. Just a bit of vapor and some sizziling.
