Thought electrolysis was using DC to make a chem reaction. Like running DC through H20 to produce Hydrogen and Oxygen.

I remember trying to make one of those H20 cars with electrolysis, didn't work so well.

That's one way to make it happen.
The other way is slowly over time, plumbers and Hvac guy's see it also when copper and black iron pipes are joined.
It makes them corrode.
But this takes years

The imagination is the only hold back on the creation of new stuff, if you have no imagination or creativity then your stuck with the same ole, same ole. For insance, scubabatdan is working on a fan that blows the vapor through a carto and into the users mouth, for COPD people. If he hadn't had the imagination and the creativity to think of and build such a thing, those with COPD would be stuck in the void.

Heh but I was always told to KISS and that less was more!

Whoah, I want that fan assist mod.

Just a question to feel safe, is the tank completely sealed from the battery tube? I want to noalox the threads there and possibly vaseline the tank sleeve threads. There shouldn't be any issues right?

Probably try this later after I get a bit more practice in. Seems like an intermediate step.

This was my 5th attempt at wrapping a coil ever and my first successful one. /shrug

I wear a size 8.5 ring and have acrylic fingernails 3/8 inch past my fingertips, if I can manage so can you. =) Rotate the tank, not the wire.

Fisty's words of inspiration has touched me. Must find washer tomorrow. Any SS washer should be fine right?

Edit: Question got lost so reposting it:

Double edit: Fisty did you get the tank sleeve off yet?
