Find out if Zen will volunteer how he made the center pin on the z-atty-u float to accommodate varied depths of PVs? If the batts are a bit too long, can the center pos screw be tightened a little? I find I only have a rattle when I use the batts without a nipple. And the ones with the nipple fit flawless

Faceless: I just got my colored tubes. They look AMAZING, especially the green is truly BEAUTIFUL!

Funny - when I ordered, I didn't realize they came with the mini tube as well, I was very happy to find it in there.

Now, I feel really, really bad because I had forgotten everything about having requested a replacement top cap! You didn't forget! Geez, man, thank you... I'll send the old one your way ASAP. And you also sent me a spring! You're the best.

I dont want that old cap, I have plenty lol....you're welcome :)

errr, I don't know if that setup would work, the reason, that top standoff (thing under the positive screw) has to be tight so juice doesn't leak into the battery tube or cause corrosion of the internal screw. Do the z attys leak over time through the bottom? Its ok that way for them because they arent going into a battery tube, they just rest on the 510 connection. However, if your mechanically inclined, you can adjust the internal screw to any height. There is a nylon spacer under that washer. You could remove the washer or add a washer (size 6s or 6) You just need to get a pair of vice grips and hold that standoff in place while unscrewing the main screw :) and just assemble it the same way. I found a way to put a spring in the switch, problem is, it stops it from venting and I'm not a fan of having holes in my mods lol

Yea I mean battery fitment is a problem in all tube mods. They are made for a very specific battery and any deviation will cause the cap to not thread in properly.

I remember reading somewhere that AW changed the battery size right after the production of the Zenesis and Zen had to issue a bunch of new bottom caps. It was either one of his videos or a read.

ok and I have to ask what is that Pluid e-juice that is mentioned a lot?

Thread for Radiator Pluid is here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...forum/308392-mad-murdocks-radiator-pluid.html

Make sure you have your wire, mesh and torch as well Nancy, so you can make a wick and a coil. I know there was a lot of battery talk yesterday but you still need wire, mesh and a torch if you do not have them.

Bit of an upfront cost on those but that stuff lasts for years and years.

Yes wire I have, I have a little bit of mesh but not much currently, the torch I don't have as of right now, tho one of the vids they said you could use a lighter just to be careful and not under do it. Tho I have already been looking for a small torch.

I wouldn't "personally" use a lighter.

If you can't find anything smaller, I use a plumbers propane torch that I already had.. You can get them anyplace (Lowes, Home Depot, Wallyworld, etc...)

Example: Torch

I've oxidized many a great wick with that..

If you need some extra mesh, PM me and I can mail you a some 400.

I think I got my micro torch at Harbor Freight for around $5.00, mesh I usually get from eBay for roughly the same price, though I think I paid closer to ten to get a 12" x 12" sheet :)

IMO A lighter won't get it hot enough to fully oxidize. Some have had success with a gas stove.

So is the iHybrid for sale again? Or should it wait until the new site is up and running?

I have a few :) just PM me if you want one, it wont ship until tomorrow though as I already went to the post office and mailed yesterdays winners :)

The pen torches do get hot enough they just take a little more time.

Member here has a really good set of videos on building genesis atomizers and he uses a pen torch in his video's:

Complete Genesis Atomizer Tutorial (Part 1) - YouTube

I had a mini torch and I couldn't get it to oxidize fully :( I upgraded to the bigger butane torch from home depot ($25) works like a charm!!

Wow Faceless, you didn't waist any time in getting them mailed. I guess I need to get on the ball I still don't have batteries ordered for it.
