I swear this drill bit says 1/8th which would be over 3mm.

Depends though if you're using an insulator you could use a smaller drill bit that matches the internal diameter of the insulator. Roll your coil as described and then slip a pre-made wick through.,

Should work the same. I think it's so much easier to get nice and uniform coils with perfect spacing this way as well. Your wire will got a little lose around the drill but but no worries you can tighten it up when you do the top screw, just give it a little tug.

Makes sense, the iHy's wick hole is 3 (or was it 3.5, ugh need to sleep soon) so 1/8" would make sense.

Guessing the Vaper has a smaller wick hole.

Wish I can play with one of the Vaper's, the Petar K method looks even easier on his positive/negative setup.

Edit: LOL Faceless to the rescue! But I was looking for the wick hole size of the Vaper!

This drill bit does say 1/8th which is 3.1mm but it fits. Manufacturing tolerances on drill bit I would imagine. It's really close.

Funny enough thats what I did lol. Put some juice I forgot to cut the nic down for genisis attys in my iHybrid right when I got home from work then proceeded to take a nap

I think I'm in for a long night, my wife let me lay down because I had a migraine at 7pm, I just woke up 2 hours ago lol

Danng lucky, my nap was interrupted after less than an hour lol

Nope that's called bartering.

This would also be bartering: "Oxidize 300 wicks or I beat you" Cheaper then providing food in my opinion.

Technically that could be extortion but lets not split hairs.

Is there a guy making the coils or is it all machine made?

I imagine it would be a machine but with the labor rates in some countries it's hard to say. I mean in certain countries they hand paint cars because it's cheaper then using machines.

Mesh is still a much cleaner flavor. But if it's something else then it might be good. Off to bed for tonight. Really impressed with this method lol. Can't believe an un-oxidized wick is working this well.

The Nextell stuff? Wasn't too happy with it either, was hoping new ceramic stuff came out!

Edit: There's a small discussion on ceramic rods on the safe wicking thread but no where near production ready.

Just wanted to give it a shot. They should last forever (or until you break it) and non-conductive.

Lower voltage is another way or higher resistance coil (basically get your wattage down).

I understand how you feel. Had to cut down to 8mg from 22mg.

Still not sure if I'm just vaping more or it delivers it better.

Glad to know I am not the only one who has made a drastic change in nic lvl, before the ihy I was vaping 24 thinking I should cut back to 18, and with it been vaping 12 and knowing I should cut it back more.
