Battery finally started getting low I think... Hits started getting weak and vape production diminished, looks like I get 20 hours and almost a tank full from one 18650 battery.

I get between 3 and 4ml per charge though I just know when I'm around 3.6 and that's when I swap out...use to always meter now just know....the iHy is sweet.....need to unpack my 18350 tube and give it a try sometime maybe after reading how many use it.

I just went through and unsubscribed from all my equipment threads, it seems my search for the awesomest vape is complete. Thanks again Vapor2112, you're a gentleman and a scholar... Now it's on to learning to DIY.

I tell ya what....I can't go back to cartos, wick/yarn OR store bought juice.....this iHy has ruined it all for me....LOL

I'm still waiting on 18500 tubes. Till then I'm stuck using a kick and 18650 tube. I'm anxious to go kick free.

I enjoy "kickless" flexibility with the iHy......had a couple Darwins and other electronics and they served their purpose very well but for genny I prefer strictly mechanical.

The one advantage to the kick is consistent performance over the life of a battery, other than that, I don't need one for my personal use. But, everyone is different though, that's what makes it such an enjoyable / interesting hobby.

Preferences change as well....can't see myself going back to vw any time soon but who knows.....I really hope to pick up a DNA20 unit/device if or when available though not banking on it as the DNA12 never has gained much mass appeal and how many need or want to vape at 20watts....lol

Off topic, but I thought I would show you guys what I did on the OTHER screen while perusing the forum here. I modeled it using NURBS (CAD), and converted to polys and rendered with the cycles render engine in Blender - the classic Thonet No. 14 chair.

You need to add a third Monitor. I use two for work, and one for surfing. Nice work on the chair!

No, remember, avoid the temptation to fiddle with that wick and coil.. Its a fresh set-up and will likely last you a good long time.. ;)
That's only the 3rd coil that iHy has seen and I used it quite a bit. AND I only changed it to give you a fresh start.. :vapor:

The problems that trigger an error on the ProVari are actual real problems, the mechanical mods just push through them. Which isn't always best case. A short that fires on a mechanical mod, is still a short that will have some impact on vapor production, flavor, battery life, or all of the above..

Not saying there's anything at all bad about mechanical mods as thats 99% of what I use, just saying that the errors on a ProVari shouldn't be looked at as an inconvenience as much as a learning experience... A genesis atty on a ProVari is a fantastic way to get comfortable with proper wick / coil set-up IMO as it forces you to fix issues IMO...

The problem is that it's easiest to find a short and fix it, especially on a coil, if you can see it glowing. If the device won't fire you can't find it to fix it.

Nice! I would made that with polygon modeling, 3 cubes and 3 lines to start. =)

Yeah, only fiddling I did was to move it slightly after I bumped it by accident when filling... Started giving a hot top coil, but a tiny adjustment of wick position fixed it up.
