I did, I did! I read every link before my iHy even shipped. I was just super tired still and it popped before I could use any of those tips... Don't hate me! It was my first ever go at the Genesis.

LOL Awwww ATX! I did the same thing when I got my first Genesis! But at LEAST you're doing SOME kind of research! That's good! Just holler if you need help (and someone ELSE will have to help you cause I'm still awful at some of the procedures! LOL).

I swear it does get easier. Some folks seems to grasp it REALLY quickly. For some reason, I'm "Genesis Challenged" and I seem to learn everything the hard way. And, I don't remember all the little tips that can make it easier. Ugh!

Hang in there :)

For anyone looking for filling syringes and needles, Tractor Supply has 16-23 gauge needles, and a plethora of syringes varying in size. The needles are sharp however, I recommend grinding them down with a Dremel... The 16 gauge needles are a perfect fit for the iHy fill hole. You may have to twist them a bit to get them in the hole.

I need this class apparently... If only VA was closer lol
This is by no means my first PV, but filling cartos and popping them on one of my mods has not prepared me for what I'm attempting right now.

there's a couple peeps not too far from you, maybe they will give ya a shout and help ya out ;)

I actually don't regret my first little Smoov e-cig purchase.. they're quite nice for little 808s, and Timmy's mom still uses them occasionally. (she's very resistant to quitting her ultra light stinkys despite the fact that me, Timmy, and her husband are all vapers now)

true, but at least she's giving it a try ;)

New nature(mall kiosk, way over priced), green smoke, blu(back before they had Cartos), 510, ego, roughstack, provari, bolt, zenesis, iHy, epipemod, GGTS, orion, Gus telescopic.

Order in which I purchased, and does not determine which I think is better. Doubles have been left off.

almost the same as I..... smok51, roughstack, provari, e-power 18650, 2 glv's, many gg's w/ iatty or ody, many zens and waiting for my first ihy's :)

better to have an 18ga, air around the needle to vent some air and not shooting as much liquid through the wick....if it's tight, you have a bigger chance of it happening before you have the tank filled..

yay, finally caught up...again...

I’ve found my new sweet spot on the iHy. I got in some 635 mesh from stormy’s vapor cellar yesterday and rolled a solid wick and wrapped a 1.6 coil with twisted 32 kanthal. It’s great if anyone is thinking about trying the 635 mesh it wicks great. I had never tried 500 mesh so I can’t compare that but it blows the 400 away.

Happy Veterans Day!

Hi DukeBlue!

Thanks for the link! Waiting for the 635 coop but if Stormy has it in stock...

Hi, yes it’s in stock and they ship almost as fast as Faceless LOL. It was the first time I’d tried a solid wick and it started wicking as soon as I filled the tank. It was cool to see the juice travel up the wick with it sitting down.

...I'm so used to the pre-rolled/pre-oxidized wicks for my zen's, and now I need to pick up some mesh before the first ihy arrives for my first 'have-at-it' try with a fatty wick in it....

First thing I do with any of my Zen's I have is poke that insulator out and put a Fat wick in... :)
