Just take out the brass screw, the switch comes apart. Take out the bottom spring, not the one under the delrin insulator, and replace with the mags. I used three in the bottom and two in the top. Rebuild switch, replace screw. Done!

Thanks - tried it and couldn't get it to work and yes I managed to snap 3 magnets in half. I have installed magnets in the GGTS button but to no avail here. Back to the springs - lol

My new travel case. Just though I would show other that might have to travel like I do and have to pack your ecigs in a crush prof box when traveling by air. The case is Pelican and can be picked up for their web site for about $23.00.

When flying I carry mods in a small pelican cigar case. I separate the eliquid and any full cartos or atomizers and put it with my toiletries when going through security. They inspect every once in a while but no issues so far. Have you carried on your pelican case?

when i get home i'll open up the switch and check.. weird thing is if i loosen the tank and give the switch more travel.. it does pop back out.. and with 18350 it pops out too since there's no travel issue..

only when kicked and with 1mm of travel to engage the switch gets stuck in fire mode.. i'll check when i get home..

anyone use 18500 flat top with kick? will that give it a bit of extra room in there?

There's the problem,the 18500 is a protected li-ion battery not the IMR 18490 recommended

no problemo I do not mind the stock switch at all. Can always get more magnets and try again.

I've had the magnets in for a few days and to be honest, I'm prolly going to change back to the spring. With the mags it seems the switch is a little more wobbly and in 18650 mode it fires under its own weight if set down without locking the ring. It does have a much smoother throw though, which I do like a lot.

Good Evening Hybreeds !!

Well of course I did not take my project with me to the ship, (and I never will because it is far to valuable to me to risk any damages), so I have not been able to get anything more done on it aside from the inscription but I have been on the ship since Wednesday Morning for duty. Hope everyone is having a wonderful evening:D I am exhausted, utterly exhausted after 3 hours and 15 minutes of rest in 48 hours LOL Will probably try and post more tomorrow and try and get caught up :(

Sincerely;
Nate
