I like the Flower Power and the 12/21/12 both, but I have to be careful. These LE's come out so fast, I can't hope to get them all. I am ALL OVER Sweet Medicine, the iHybrid Micro, and then there's another one I'm saving for. I need to do stuff like make house payments and stuff, dagummit!

I know what ya mean....lots of purses have been sold for these..lol. I figured out if I wanted to keep up I needed to sell other items so I wouldn't feel too guilty. Poor kate spade and Coach will be calling wondering where I have been..

So Mesh from the Mesh Company,

They shipped my A4 sheets (1x#400 and 1x#500) as ordered. And 2 extra, free, sheets!! Problem is, I have no clue what they are. Where the #400 and #500 are labelled, hard to see through and a bit stirdy, these other 2 are much more flexible and easier to see through (and obviously not labelled). I think they are 2 sheets of the same. I'll contact them and hope to resolve what they are.

I got 10% "Christmas Mega Sale" Discount and an offer for a 5% lifetime discount as an ECF member.

Also a notice that they will be carrying mesh that is finer than #500 and "atomizer wires". in the near future.

So, going to try to resolve wich mesh it is I got for free. Regardless, great and fast service, thx The Mesh Company!

Cheers.

And even more specifically, anise...

You an absinthe fan?

it isn't anise....murdock and I were comparing notes about our 'absynthe' (before he was a supplier) juices a while back and I definitely know it's absynthe (citrus and other flavors he wouldnt divulge :() in Pluid... black licorice is star anise and blackstrap molasses, absynthe is grand wormwood, sweet fennel and a touch of green anise...thats a big difference. they are slightly similar in taste, but the complexities aren't the same...also, why would he make it green and THEN name it pluid? because absinthe is green :D

and yeppers bro, I loves me some Lucid absynthe ;)

Hey Grruss, did ya see my wick setup several pages back, i tried the 32ga twisted today and wow, i really feel i achieved a perfect vape, i do have some 30ga coming in tomorrow but this thing is a monster when setup right

I'm going to try this tonight or tomorrow (32ga twisted). What makes it so popular? Is it just easier to get it set up near perfect? Also, do you think a 3/4 wrap will get me around 1.25-1.5ohms with 32ga twisted or should I try 2/3?

Oh, I ABSOLUTELY agree its absinthe based. He and I spoke a bit about that many moons ago as well.

I actually had connected with him in a search for a good absinthe vape myself, before all of the madness that is Pluid began

I just meant that the "black licorice" flavor that everyone relates to is anise, which is part of absinthe as a whole.

I hate, hate, hate black licorice, and love a good absinthe, just like I love Pluid. :)

Are these collectible??

from what i've heard, 3/4 or even 4/5 twisted 32 will get you in the 1.2-1.6 range (depending on the thikness of your wick)

ahh kk, wasnt meant to step on ya toes ;) just trying to set the record straight for all those that keep saying it's black licorice ;) I absolutely love absynthe but tolerate zambuca (too syrupy sweet lol), and like black licorice, but don't love it :p

hehe that bottle might be, was made well before he was actually going through a vendor ;)

This has been discussed to death in this thread for months. All of the answers you could possibly want are in the reference links in regards to twisted wire, methods of creating it, associated ohms etc.

Twisted wire has some wicking, it also halves the ohms. For all intensive purposes twisted 32 = Regular 30 within .1-.2ohms over the length used for a typical coil. What makes it popular is easier wrapping. Less point pressure on any part of the wick due to the twists so less chance of shorts. The wire is also doubled so it doesn't burst instantly on bad shorts and gives you more of a chance to fix your problem.

Try 3/4 to start.

I just did a 4/5 twisted for the first time and just for the record measures in at 1.5.

so far, I do not see why it is so different than a regular wrapped coil, but will report back. I did try the peter k method (also for the first time) and did notice that the wire is not uniformly wrapped around my wick as is usually the case with mine, so that may be a issue.
