Good chiropractor is worth their weight in gold. Hate to tell you this but getting some rest after having that reduced will be crucial to recovery. Every time you pop it out you are creating an inflamatory response at the site. Which makes it more likely to occur again. Think RICE, rest immobilization compression elevation for all injuries. I think what Stacy wrote would be beneficial in immobilizing to some degree. Make sure the wrap is not too tight though this will restrict air movement and could lead to a respritory illness. Take max dose of vitamin c daily.take scheduled NSAID like motrin every six hours. Apply ice paks to back as tolerated. Go and see your chiropracter Asap and then make yourself rest. Hope you feel better soon.

I agree that Chiros have their place in the medical field...but (and this is just my opinion...so no offense to anyone!) I think they should be sort of like physical therapists and other "support" staff. I know that Mayo Clinic has them on staff...to follow the directions and treatment plans of the Ortho/Neuro, etc. specialists. And while there are some excellent Chiropractors out there...I think there are also too many that do not recognize there own limitations by referring to those medical specialists that should be evaluating injuries or illnesses...then providing a treatment plan. That's my two cents

Nurz, I know from experiences some of my family and friends have been through that a small portion of the Chiropractors think they can cure everything and anything. It blows my mind! LOL My brother had one a few years back that actually sold him so much "snake oil" medicine that my brother refused to have a REALLY IMPORTANT MEDICAL PROCEDURE! He was THAT convinced the stuff he was drinking was going to fix his health issues. Mercy. He could have easily suffered long-term damage. Eventually, he did get the treatment that he needed. (Again, I don't feel this way about all Chiropractors!) It's like any other profession...."a few bad apples" give all of them a bad name. Lord knows there are, no doubt, many who bring honor to the profession.

If anything is ever gonna occur you will here about it here. As far as I know and I follow daily. There is no release date for the Synthesis. However Mr Face-be-not could change that in 5 min.
