I'll trade yo. I've been dreamin of a white Christmas but alas, its only in my dreams.

Cali is too warm in my area right now, yet there was frost this morning and my legs still haven't completely thawed.

Deal. You can come down here and I'll go up there. No questions asked. :p

It's almost Christmas.. it's 42 degrees and cloudy here, yesterday it was raining all day. We had one very light snow fall so far this year, it wasn't even enough to show on the grass as it fell much less stick for a while. It's been very very weird.

That is strange. But I'm jealous that you get to be in NY for Christmas! I have only visited once, and I LOVED it soooooo much. Kinda want to move!

you can keep your snow, and i'll keep my 80 degrees and not a cloud in the sky :p
64 and sunny here! :2cool:

Hey! Not funny! I'm so jealous!

Snow, "Whats that" lol

Yeah, very funny Eric. I'm sure Florida is gorgeous right now, as usual.

No joke, I like the snow but this 20 degrees and windy crap can bite me.

Yeah exactly. I spent almost 3 hours shoveling the parking lot to my work because I couldn't find any snow removal services that wouldn't charge me an ARM AND A LEG! Gawd I could have killed someone this morning

One question .... and one concern.

Question: It looks like there may have been some noalox in my switch somewhere when it came from Face should I re-apply after cleaning? And where exactly is it placed in the switch if so ?? (Ok that was two questions)

Concern: Upon disassembling my switch to clean I found the post with the female threads had a pretty deep groove worn in from the top of the spring rubbing on it. My concern is this is a Spider so its only 6-7 weeks old and I would say the groove is 20% through the aluminum all ready. I'm concerned its just going to wear right through in the first year at this rate. Anyone else have any issues with older ones yet ??

BTW for those that have never cleaned their switch its a must IMO ... mine was getting pretty gritty and I felt like I had to push pretty hard to get full power. I actually found a tiny tiny burr on one of the holes and took it off with some 00 steel wool. Now its actuating like butter and I feel like I'm getting full power with just a light touch .... I couldn't be more please with the way its performing.

I've only been through New York City a couple times.. Timmy grew up there, but I grew up in the midwest. We live in western New York state which is very similar in weather and scenery to south Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, or northern Illinois areas if you've ever been there.

Man, I shouldn't do things like that but it does feel good...

So this guy at work started explaining to be about vaping... I was very happy, actually, he is reducing-to-quit using an e-cig from a 40+ pack-year habit and he's doing great... But he doesn't know about me vaping at all and he was kinda explaining how he has the highest quality 'most premium' e-cig out there and he shows this thing that really didn't look all that bad, an eGo clone with some sort of bottom coil clearo... So as he was talking I casually take out my 9/11 in 18350 and take a medium-long drag, fill the room with vapor... he stopped talking and the look on his face was priceless... (if you joined, as I encouraged you to, and you see this please don't be mad, it just was funny!)

Haven't been to that area. Weather wise, I know NY isn't much better, especially where you're at. But I love NY, period. Probably would choose to be in NY City if I were there, but that's just me. Couldn't get enough of Times Square when I was down there -- I literally spent hours just sitting in the center and taking it all in! Oh and of course, who could forget Broadway! To have that in your backyard...well...that would be paradise for me.

The town we live in is an average size 2nd city, and is 6 hours drive west of new york city. (and that's on the interstate, it's a haul)

Nice elf!

Its nice meeting other vapers, but its made especially gratifying wehen they show you the "best of the best" ecig  I once had a guy tell me his little automatic analog-looking kit, which he said cost him over $200 with the bells & whistles  I blew out an enormous cloud from my Provari in deference to his obvious connoisseurism  (Yes I know thats not a word but I couldn't figure out what it'd be)

i don't really rub it in whenI meet eGo-style users cause thats enough for some, but I am proud to spew more clouds than City of Industry, CA when they start telling me its the "best" or "makes the most vapor" (Theres really a city in CA called "City of Industry" which I figure would have factories )

But when all's said and done I always point them in a better direction when I'm done showing off, unless they get all defensive over their $150 paperweights
