Well this meeting was with ''locals'' in a radius of 25 km.
If you live in the middele of Holland it will take a 1 - 1,5 hour drive to get to the Belgium or Germany border.

Are you guys that close together that you attend vape meetings together??
I guess that would be cool to go to another country for a meeting.

Looks great, must feel good to have her home!

I thought Face fixed all of the alignment issues with new jigs...???

congrats AG....

for those that have 'indexing' problems w/ their LE's....I used a autobody sanding sponge and emery cloth to line up my Hell Raiser tubes w/ the atty/tank which was off by approx. half an inch... it worked well, all the tubes are flush with the battery installed... (AW IMR 18650's and 18350's)

Mine sucks a ton of juice lately...!
I bit the bullet and bought a red sidewinder. Hope it doesn't suck...lol

I run 4/5 on mine, conductivity is pretty outstanding and 3/4 ends up too hot for me. Mine came from the vendor, and absolutely no machine oil / other residue in there.

I got a new red SW on Christmas eve and the first thing I did was pull the wick insulator (Not Needed) Stuck a Fat Wick in and 3/4 wrap of twisted 32. Now it not only looks Great, but vapes great as well. If the 3/4 is to hot just add a wrap to 4/5 and all is good. :)

Make sure to clean it well after you pull the wick insulator, as there is a black substance behind it (Machine Oil?) Kinda nasty...

There were two issues with these. Both affected the Con units, only one affected the very first batch through the vendor, both corrected now.
Issue one was with the spring inside of the "electronics port". The one that's in there now is a beast.
The other is the tanks, on the original tanks, the threaded portion of the tank came up too high and covered the topmost o-ring causing a little bit of seeping of juice / condensation from the top cap.

Here's a pic of the new tank on it.. All current units are shipping with both upgrades.

Yeah I pull the insulators out of my Zens first thing.

Did Zen fix the conductivity issue? I was following it for a while and saw he out out a fix for them, did it actually solve the conductivity problem?

There are no border controls between EU countries.
As a matter of fact you almost not notice when driving from Holland to Belgium that you are crossing a border ;-)
Almost because the difference is, more street lights on the high way's and the roads in Belgium are worse than ours.

When you go over the border check point do they do a cavity search looking for Ihy's?

Hi Omni :) Beginning on line 210 of the Speadsheet there are several vendors listed that offer various colors, glow-in-the-dark, etc.. You haven't been able to find what you want from one of these links? Maybe they're out of stock? Let me know, I thought we had just about every desirable O-ring out there! Maybe I need to update that section! LOL

And, hello, everyone :) I'm not sure if anyone has even noticed, but I haven't been online in days :( I appreciate some of you (especially NancyR) sending me an occasional PM to let me know if there is a possible post that should be on the spreadsheet...I am back on page 990...so I'm not sure how long it will take me to catch up. I have missed my forum friends and the chatroom, and hope to be back soon...posting my annoying diatribes and bugging you guys! LOL

Later....♥

p.s. Awesome rings Fisty! Gratz!

Yeah.... there are probably other colors besides black in those links, but I could never find them. LOL
On the other hand, I want colors like purple, teal, "wine".... they just don't make those.
Well, they do I guess, but not necessarily in the sizes I need.
I have looked for body jewelry o-rings, but again, not in the size I need.

I have even looked at the alibaba type sites, but I really don't need 3000 o-rings.

Edited to add:
I have been able to find comparable sizes. For instance, I believe 16 gauge is the correct diameter, 5/8" but the thickness may be wrong.
I just ordered some to test. I needed 10mm x 1mm for another PV I have. The closest I could get was 10x2, and it was too thick for the tank to go down over.

I'm really glad people in our thread have been taking a moment to send their comments to the FDA.

I just wanted to remind you this is only the beginning, soon the FDA will propose what they call the 'deeming regulation' that will place e-cigarettes under the Tobacco Act and, consequently, lots of trouble.

Please consider going and submitting your comments to the FDA. I know ECF has a banner about it, but it's worth another reminder.

Find more info here.

Submit your comments here: Regulations.gov (there is a blue button in the right upper corner).

Thanks. I apologize in advance, but I will repost this a few times until the deadline.

I just did this! You should too!

Did mine this morning, once I started typing it just flowed and I got to 1500 char real QUICK.
Gruss do you ever add Distilled water to your DIY?? I see all the calculators have it in there but I am not sure what it adds.

Never used anything but nic, PG, VG, and flavor.

Distilled water will help to thin all VG juice.

PGA will add to "throat hit" a bit and help thin. Distilled water will help thin thick VG heavy juices (a little of either will go a long way.

Personally, i'm in the same PG / VG / Flavoring camp as Russ. No water or PGA for me. :2c:

I have been seeing Distilled water and PGA and I think i saw that grain alcohol adds to vapor production but ot sure what the water does.
