What setup is that? Trouble is, with the same setup you might get quite different power output on two different mods. Do you mind measuring the resistance in the switch? Also, if you could, measure the battery voltage directly, and then the voltage across the coil. You need to do this with a freshly charged battery of the same type on the two mods, because the voltage drop depends on the mod, on the coil Ohms and on the battery. For instance, I get a 0.04 V drop on 1 Ohm coil iHy with a fresh MNKE, but ~0.1 V with a fresh AW. With a MNKE that is drained 3.6 V I actually get a drop of 0.3 V under that load. And I get a ~0.4 V drop on my Zenesis standard with a fresh battery (varies with when you had cleaned the switch).

Did you guys noticed the juice darkens in the tank and when the tank is 80%-90% empty - the juice looks like a thick syrup and tastes weird.. My guess is- the juice gets overcooked by the overpowering the coils. That happen to "extreme" vapers who vape on 0.8-0.9 ohms with 3.7 - 4V.. Any other ideas?
That's the great thing about pure (not nail polish remover, it has additives that could leave deposits) acetone, it evaporates competely in less than a minute.

Pure acetone can be bought at Walgreens and CVS also. I used to use it in my homemade "go-go" juice to clean my bowling balls.
I have never had a problem with my juice getting dark/thick. I usually run around the 1 ohm mark. Might have more to do with chain vaping technique. I take short blasts, and release in between tokes. Usually only take a bout 3-4 pulls in a row, and let it cool completely. I have a friend who keeps his finger on the trigger the whole time he is chaining, says it is a nice warm vape for him.

If you pull off your top cap and watch your coil, do you see bubbling or boiling when you fire the APV>?
Yea I guess slick is not good, you want your ball to grip the lane a little. I know one thing, those lanes are slicker than snail snot. I accidentally crossed the line once and landed head first with my legs fully extended over the top of me!
I was going to comment on checking the voltage, but decided against it. oh wait...
