Take it apart, take the o-rings off.. wash everything with dish soap/washing up liquid. Rinse well. You can take it a step further and dip the parts in cheap vodka as the last step if you want, helps if you have very smelly dish soap. Make sure to take your drip tip off your top cap and wash those two pieces as well. I like the taste of Pluid and don't find it bad mixed with other juices so I just sploodge my other juice right in, but it's very helpful to remove any lingering oily flavors like the anise and cinnamon. I do it if I switch from a strong tobacco to a fruit flavor as I don't like that combination much, I prefer tobacco flavors with caramels and creams and my fruity vapes unadulterated or spicy.

Usually you don't have to do that full cleaning though.. I just run it dry and add the new or at most put cheap vodka in the tank (with the wick/coil still installed) swish it around a bit and syringe it out. Burn it til the wick is dry and it's good to go. Oh, ans wash the top cap and drip tip.. you'd be amazed at how much of the flavor is actually lingering there.

Thanks Fisty! I'm gonna go fill that tank now! Bbl!

I'm really sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved family member, Cyclin.. in response the Celtic LE is going to have dogs on it. Very stylized dogs, but dogs none the less.

anyone got places to get different color o-rings? ive seen some people with yellow on illuminati.

Hi scoopbb :) There tons of o-ring vendors on the iHybrid Spreadsheet (starting at Line #219) FYI!

Stalker chris and scubatadan have good videos on u wicks. Took me a few (dozen) tries but once you get it right it's easy peasy. I take the mesh, cut on the bias androll it - use a piece a bit longer than you need. Massage it (pull it while rolling) w/ fingers to a curve then cross bottom ends of the wick - torch the top of the u to tighten it up. The heat makes the u smaller** without putting any unnecessary kinks in the mesh.

**Edited to add: this works on a very thin wick for my HF, don't know what the size of the wick hole is for Synthesis or if this would work as well here.

Do you have a link to these videos by any chance? Thanks :)

Yup. Love my daughter but had to switch it up for one of my best friends over the last decade. He died last night :(

So sorry Cyclin :( Lots of of love, light and prayers from all your friends on the forum!

Definitely! I can at least tell you where to get a good lunch!

EDIT: Fall is my favorite season in Michigan. Breathtaking...

Me too Grruss! I lived in Michigan 21 years...and I truly miss the fall, cider mills and burning leaves, etc.. Up-state NY is also beautiful in the fall.

I tried a kick when I was new to the iHy, at the time I didn't have a meter so I didn't know the reason I couldn't find a sweet spot on it was I was vaping between 12-15 watts and it limited me to 10 watts. I sent my kick to Blaine who is currently away for a bit, and he loves it.

I miss Blaine. If anyone hears from him...PM me? Let me know how he is? Thanks.

Goodnight folks :) See you tomorrow!

One of these days I'll do a circuit board design.

please, please, please do! seriously, that would make me the happiest vaper in the world!!! the other LE designs are great and all, i think they all look amazing, but i just don't relate to them on a personal level. seriously, i will do whatever it takes to make this happen. i'm not good with visual art, but i know circuit boards intimately (i'm a recording engineer who builds custom gear on a regular basis). please do this.

Find me a good picture of traces that will convert gracefully into black and white and isn't copywrited. I would prefer to do the whole tube for that rather than the whole tube on the 350 and cut off half way on the 650.

Hey Cyclin.. can you engrave over the already cut out tank sleeve? It would look wicked if the whole thing was covered in traces. We have no way of making the traces line up from the tube to the sleeve, Clyclin doesn't have a jig like Face does, but it would still be epic if it can be done.

here's a potential candidate, the circuit design is public domain. you could maybe change the MPH to IHY. it would be awesome to have the number act as a serial number for each individual device, but that might be highly impractical and cost prohibitive, but perhaps somebody can think of a fitting number or set of characters.
