I think this is a great idea for cleaning carts. Just went to the kitchen and checked the marinade injector. Perfect fit and an ingenious idea.

Excellent, awesome detailed cleaning post. Can't wait till my next cleaning. I was wondering about the fluff part, it seemed like they might need it at some point.

Thanks for the condom on the syringe idea! I didn't have any tubing the right size. I used a condom and bit of parafilm to make a nice seal between the condom and syringe, and cleaning cartos yesterday was a breeze.
