:D I have two vv3s and a cheap eGo, to back up my sigelei. Plan to get another removable-batt mod, but can't decide if I want another sigelei, maybe a v5 this time, or a Vamo v2. Or maybe just another vv3, kinda would like to have a white one. But it looks like we're nearing the end of the tax-refund spending spree, so another mod may have to wait for a really good check. Getting a couple more attys though, another kayfun and another Mini PT II -- that Hong Kong place I like has kayfun lites with adjustable airflow for $13.02. :D And Mini PT IIs for $6.93. :D Yeah it's a 3 wk wait, but I've already got 2 kayfuns and 1 mini pt II, so not a huge deal.

That seems too cheap, are they selling clones?

Since the dicussion has moved to clones, wondering if anyone uses a Taifun GS clone on their VV V3?
At 17mm on the base, and only 8mm taller than a T3, seems like it would look somewhat ok.
( but at 51g empty, will be heavy )
Watched a couple of builds for it and find myself intrigued with the design.
Remember that I am new to all this, so I'm just discovering things that are out there...

I'm not opposed to using clones if they are of good quality. I have a kanger pt2 clone that works great

I was just at their site, and looking over this offering, it shows a Tobeco box. Not sure if that means anything though. The Tobeco KFL+ that I bought first is really excellent.

Don't have a Taifun, but I've put a Kayfun and a Hypertank on one of my vv3s, and both of those are 22mm; if you use a flared cone it looks fine, but you're right, they do make it top-heavy. I would think the biggest problem with a taifun on a vv3 isn't the width or weight though, but the height; it appears to be about the same height as the vv3 itself, or maybe even taller. Sorta like putting a bishop's miter on a midget. :D

Sorry if this issue was previously discussed in the forum, I was searching with no luck so far.
My iTaste VV V3 is not firing and showing a NON error message when pressing the 2 bottom buttons. I've tried many different tanks and cartomizers which I know are good but no luck.
Any suggestions on what to do?
It switch on and off with no problem, also shows a green light when clicking the fire button. I've tested with the multimeter and the 2 connectors shows 3.6 volts when firing...
I sincerely do not understand what's going on. It was perfect until 2 days ago and showed no problem ever since I bought it 2 months ago.

I have the Taifun gs. Works ok. The wicking aspect of it takes some time, but when wicking correctly, it's pretty good. Looks good on the VV imo.

It sounds like maybe the battery post has gotten shoved down somewhat, so it can't contact the atty. Someone told me, take a small tool, insert around the edges of the battery post, and sorta "pop" it upwards, going around the battery post, to gently ease it upward just a bit. This worked for me, for when I needed to use a flared cone and was getting that "non" business.

This technique seems to work well for the vv3, but I tried it over the weekend with my Sigelei, and it didn't seem to do anything.

Thank you AndriaD and Brookj1986 for your relies.
I think it does look nice on the VV and I am thinking about ordering this and his big brother, the GT.
Also guess I will go ahead and pull the trigger on the Sigelei Zmax V5.
Probably could spend months making a decision on which one to get and still not be sure. Times wasting.
Can see some overtime in my future.

Hello all.

I'm getting the NoN error on my iTaste VV, and have tried changing coils and tanks but still not working. I only used this device for about a month before this started. Is it dead or is there a fix?

Edit: Disregard I just saw Andria's post about prying up the battery and this worked. Thanks Andria!

Sound like your inner 510 pin has been pushed down, you can start by trying to raise it back up by gently lifting it with a small screwdriver/toothpick etc, this should hopefully allow your tanks to make contact again.
