Beauteous, Andria..... top to bottom!

Yeah I'm really loving it! I had already decided I'd just use it in 18350 mode, because Vamos are so tall, and it fits my hand perfectly! Also glad to find that it really is a bit thinner than the sigelei, the 20mm tank fits it nicely with very little extra showing of the Vamo, under the tank.

However I do note that the top of the Vamo has zero airflow clearance; at first the pull seemed really tight, so I just loosened it a smidge, and that seemed to fix it. :thumb:

Just ordered some new AW 18350s yesterday -- got the AWs so I could also use 'em in my Fallen Angel. :D

I'm also considering getting another of these smok UDCTs; maybe a purple one, to go with my Chameleon vv3. But I need to find a driptip that would closely resemble the look of the chameleon, and that's proving difficult to find.

Since I was taking a pic of my new Vamo, I decided, now that I have all the mods that I'm going to buy for a while (I swear! ;) ), to take a pic of the whole family:

So as you can see, I've suffered terribly from the Shinyitis bug, and I am resolved to not buy anymore mods for a while. Really.

Sorry folks- I just couldn't bring myself to look through almost 5k posts, but here we are- I NEED to ask this question: what's the hype with the Spinner II? This VV3 should blow it out of the water, right? I have an MVP2 and a Spinner II and there's no comparison. VW just let's me dial in to near perfection on any of my tanks. Spinner can get close but I am so bothered by the .5 increments for volts. It's either JUST a tad warm or JUST a bit too long on the draw and I lose taste.

So the VV3 can be had for roughly the same price as the spinner and I basically get my MVP and only sacrifice battery life? (also love the smaller form factor as I will always have my MVP on me).

Same great taste, less filling.

Well y'know... I was ogling a black Nzonic with a black kayfun the other night... but that was somewhat on the order of a married man looking at a pretty woman.. no reason not to look at the menu, even if you have no plans to order. :D It's just a mite too costly for my present budget, and no special occasions till xmas. So I'll just ogle recreationally, and be happy with the lovely mods I have... at least until xmas. ;)

However I do think I'll get a purple UDCT, if I can find an appropriate driptip for it. Those tanks, at VaporKings, are only $6. I can afford *that*. Also was thinking about getting a 10pk of cartos from IBT, their price on 10 or more is so extremely excellent.

You may have seen me recommend Desert Vapes for items. Last week they offered discounts for reviews of items up to 20%. I did the reviews, got my code, placed my order Thursday night, shipped early Friday, received today Saturday. Free shipping over $50.

I finally got a couple of Hypertanks, a D4 charger, Coolfire I and the battery extension for the wife, and some other things. Prices were low and with the discount even better. Kudos to DV and USPS for getting it here so fast.

I currently have an ITaste MVP2, which I love, and a KangerTech EVOD. Both work very well for me and have been minimal in trouble. I am thinking of getting a VV v3 to use like my EVOD. How long does the battery last? My EVOD will usually last me all day and then I switch to my MVP2 when I get home. Just wondering if any others had gone from an EVOD to the VV v3 and what your experiences were.
Thank you.

What capacity evod battery do you have? The VV3 is 800 mAh, so you can get a rough estimate.

I apologize for not being very e-cig tech savy. I just bought the 2 unit starter kit back in February when I quit smoking. I'm not sure what the capacity is.

Hey, none of us were at first!

I'll guess 650 mAh, as that's not uncommon, although some vendors have other options. So if 650, then the VV3 should last a bit longer. If what you have is, say, 1100, then the VV3 wouldn't last as long, but about 2/3 as long, before needing charging.

Many thanks for the info! I think I will check it out and pick one up. I'll share my thoughts once I get one.

I always thought one of these might look good with the chameleon, but I've been unable to find one that's black with green/purple sparkly bits like the chameleon.

The green in the Grape Vines is very close, closer than anything else I've found, but the purple isn't the same as the Smok UDCT, which is a really pinkish purple, rather than blue-ish.

I found this driptip at DesertVapes, but the green isn't right; this is a kinda yellow-green, but the chameleon's is more blue-green, like the Grape Vines driptip.

This is one reason why so far I haven't really gotten into the colored mod/tank thing, it's so hard matching colors. But as I said, I'm pretty well set for the moment, so I can take some time and try to find a good match.
