Drew, you guessed it!
The one 320 mah battery (one of the ones that it ship's with) was swollen a bit right around the positive end 
, so I swapped it out for one of the high drain 10440's I got from you at the same time, no more issue. Thanks so much, again! NHaler is just plain awesome, and, Drew, your even moreso
