This has been BUGGING me for way too long, and it's something that REALLY needs to be cleared up.

The Aspire nautilus Hollowed Out tank (and everything that looks like it, including the P3 nautilus and the one from Vapage).

THIS one.

EVERYBODY advertises it as a 5ml tank. Rest assured that it is not. It holds 3ml, maybe 3.5 on a perfect day (and when the wind is just right).

The original (full sized) Nautilus does indeed hold 5ml. But this one does NOT. Don't take my word for it, grab a syringe and see for yourselves. Trust me, I've done it. And I've convinced others to do the same. Not one person I know has found it to be a 5ml tank. You won't either.

It's a great little tank, and if you're concerned about breakage, it takes that concern off the table. But you'll think you're BURNING through juice, when in reality you are not. It's a 3ml tank - period and end of story.

Now if we can just get EVERYBODY to STOP advertising it as 5ml, it would clear up a LOT of confusion out there.

OK! It's off my chest. Soapbox retracting.

Have a nice day, all.
But ... Buuuuut why you mad tho? :pop:

And it IS wrong that NOBODY has addressed this, other than a few errant posts but us low-level-users.

LET'S GO GET 'EM!

Have KD test it for you. Everything she touches ends up bigger, faster, longer and/or harder.

:D :D :D

Yaay, me!

(my sentiments, eggggggzactly, F2V!)

I just now noticed that came out differently from what I had intended.

JUST now.

I warned them that it wasn't over.

Uh huh. Got swampland?

8 shots of Whiskey and I drive like that.

8 shots and I'm just warming up the ole motor... ;)

IF anybody is still interested in tanks, I used my Sub Tank Mini until it got down to the top of the RBA. Pulled out a little over 1ml. Then filled it with 4ml right to the top of the chimney pipe. Maybe there was a .5 ml residual and room but...

Anyway it is rated as a 4.5ml tank but you can only use about 3ml before you have to fill it or risk leaks and gurgles.

Well, at least the capacity is close to what's advertised. My issue with the Nauti is that it seem that people simply applied the full-sized capacity to the hollowed-out, without even checking. And the jump from 3ml to 5ml is significantly significant (for lack of a better term AND risking redundancy)!

:confused::)
