Got my 1st order yesterday: the V2 Menthol 16 mg replacement. Great packaging. All the cartomizers individually sealed in plastic wrap. Condoms on both ends. Subtle magic mist screen printed in grey on black.

On first hit the menthol is not too strong, almost exactly like V2. Great vapor production. However after the third hit, the menthol tastes like cinnamon and smells like cloves. My V2 Manual (808) battery made the first cart taste like it was burned dry. After that, carto no good at all. Tasted/ smelled burnt. Weird, especially since I ordered your version of V2 Menthol. Second carto lasted only 24 hours of light to medium use. Only 3 cartos left after less than 24 hours of receiving them.
Emailed them last night after the V2 battery/carto problem. Response I got tonight:

"Thank you [EDIT] for your comments and feedback. We are continuously trying to improve our products and feedback like this is very helpful!!
We had been having some issues with V2 batteries since they have come up few different designs. We do hope to fix that issue soon.

So three carts in - used two, the V2 manual ruined the first one - and I have decided that Magic Mist is not for me. By their own admission they have been having trouble with V2 batteries - even though they market their cartomizers as better than V2's. Seems if you know you have a problem you might want to NOT sell things until it's fixed.

Great prices, but...

Just sharing my experience.

Try cartomizers from SmokelessImage or Bloogplanet or Halocigs G6. I think all three are bottom coil kanger 2.6 ohm cartos.

Re manual KR808D-1 batteries - they are hot off the charger - like 4.2v (though they are not 4.2v batteries like V2 claims - they are 3.7v batteries and quickly drop to their slowly declining 3.7v plateau.)

If cartos are not well filled a KR808D-1 battery right off the charger can be a problem. I always top off a carto before putting it on a battery that is fresh off the charger. I also never expect to vape down a prefill to where it singes. if I like it enough to vape it, I keep it damp with a similar or compatible eliquid. I can get 7 days use out of a KR808D-1 cartomizer.

Maybe that company's carto's ohms are too low.

Try the cartos I recommended. I use them on Vapor4Life which is the most popular KR808D-1 rebrander. Non-regulated 3.7v, 4.2v fresh off the charger - should vape identical to V2 except V4L has a custom 10-13 second cutoff so drags aren't limited to the usual 5 seconds.

SmokelessImage, Bloogplanet, Halocigs G6 - these are the new style rubberized regulated 3.6v models with slightly longer charge. I am using the cartos from Bloogplanet and they are quite good. I also use Vapor4Life WOW cartos.

I use manual 78mm batteries and thin clear juices, PG w/ 20% or less VG, V4L WOW juices, and SmokelesImage juices are 80PG/20VG - thin juices that flow quickly to rewet the stuffing around the coil.
