The Maraxus Mod Clone Issue (Please Help)

OK so I got this sexy beast from fast tech I waited a month I should add but it looks amazing as you can see here
Instagram

but for some reason I am using a trident V2 with it and a 10a efest 18650 and it does not fire every single time. I also have a smok mod and all these parts work just fine. I am not sure what the issue is.
NOW I have a sony 30a 18650 which fires on it allot better which I do not see why this is an issue as there the same 18650 size battery.
I have tried 3 different of the red efest batteries and nothing. I tried to mess with the fire button and watch videos and search still noone has this issue. I really would hate to send it back and wait another month I would just give up at that point.
Thanks in advance I could really use your help.

If it works with the Sony, sending it back would be Futile and it should be working with the rest.
If All 4 Batteries are the exact same Length,(65mm/etc.) All should be working.

Maraxus is all mechanical. Nothing in a mechanical will Reject one battery and accept another if the same size.

Clean all contacts with Isopropyl alcohol.
Always attach topper securely before tightening mod sections.(floating pin)
Always shake and Verify NO battery rattle. If battery rattles you will have bad to no contact.

What Load(ohm coils) are you attempting to fire?

I have 0.8 currently on this build. I can do 0.5 also on my igow which both builds work on the smok magneto with any of the batteries. I will make a short video to post to show what I mean when Im home. Ill try to clean the contacts but it just feels to be lacking with the hit even when I use the 30a battery.

Maybe it has a high voltage drop, i think the Hades for example has problems with that. Do you have a voltage meter to check the drop?

Just so I know which Maraxus you are trying to correct - What SKU# ?
1651803
1516302
1632501

I have 1516302, the original release and know it to be as stout as the original with minimal v-drop.
If you have not thoroughly cleaned your new mod from end to end - all threading and pins/post, you are asking for failures.

Sorry I do not have a meter, but I seen someone doing a test on it and apparently it has a very low V drop on this mod.

for the rest I am trying to clean it all out now and put it all back I will also try a fresh build on this as well and post back with what happens.
thanks for everyone here trying to help me get this working I appreciate it.
IF you have one of these, please post if you seen this issue at all.

Your battery isn't making a good connection

Follow the above advice and clean/tighten everything.
Eliminate any battery rattle and be sure the top pin makes a good connection.
Lastly, double check the switch.
It needs to make a good clean connection every time it is pressed.

If its cleaned, tightened, and assembled properly it will fire.
