Coffee = wife needs a new Keurig that makes one cup at a time (when i was a boy that was called instant coffee and was usually a mix of chicory and nettles) from something that looks like a teabag!

And costs more than Starbucks.

But - it also has a bluetooth sensor because it's vital to be able to program it from a tablet phone (and by tablet, i really doubt Moses paid more) so it's ready in the morning. I used to just put a kettle on before i showered.

So, really, a mug is not much to ask as i plunge towards impending bankruptcy for the sake of a bloody cup of coffee once a day! :)

I'd really just like one of those spiky coffee mugs that may stand up to the rigours of 4 days in the USPS system!

Can't say i'm inclined to freeze my harris off go to Colorado.

I think the USPS may purposely de-spike them so they don't qualify as lethal weapons. . .. .

When we were struggling financially one of my pet peeves with my ex-wife was a daily trip to Starbucks - every time she got in the car to go anywhere she took a detour to the SB Drive-Thru... stuff is like crack. LMAO! Good to see you in the NuThouse supertrunker - I've kinda stalked you in the REOSmods forum (I can't post there obviously)!~

The panic order part or the curled up in a ball sobbing part?

Both, I think. Since I'm at work for 8-10 hours and have limited access to the Internet, I went ahead and used the coupon because I didn't want it to expire before I got home. The curled up in a ball sobbing part because had I waited until Friday to get paid I could have doubled my order. :(

Uh....it was 77 yesterday. We had 60 degree weather when everyone else was -something awful all winter. The polar vortex would just miss us. :)

Catching up with this thread has made me laugh out loud - perhaps because I read it backwards, but I rememeber: a pickle ...pottery ...a sharp stick ....spiky coffee mugs .... What tortuous wonder is this!?

It makes me happy that we're all trying to keep it lively in here! [emoji3]
